We travelled as a group of friends, one of which is a wheel chair user. We was slightly worried about how the hotel would handle this, and I have to say they were brilliant. What a relief to be given a family room with accessible features. The room was spacious and clean and I only deducted a star because I thought the air conditioner could have worked better. The pool area was brilliant and my friend was offered the use of a hoist straight away by the life guard , though she did not use it. There was always plenty of sunbeds at any time of the day. The food was great, again never over crowded and reserved tables for disabled users , we did up grade to gold all inclusive and definitely got our value in cocktails. We did not really watch the entertainment but we did see the children enjoying the early shows. The staff were lovely. Most really friendly, and the cleaners came every day. We had a wonderful holiday and I would not hesitate to come back again. Thank you to everyone at RH Princesa

We had a wonderful one-week family stay at Hotel RH Princesa and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The hotel was perfect for travelling with kids. Our room was cleaned every single day and always left spotless and tidy, which made it really comfortable to relax after long days out. The whole hotel felt very well maintained. The food was amazing throughout the week – plenty of choice for both adults and children, and everything was fresh and tasty. Mealtimes were something we genuinely looked forward to every day. The atmosphere around the hotel was great, very welcoming and lively without being noisy. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy to assist with anything we needed, which really made us feel valued as guests. As a lovely surprise, we were even given a complimentary bottle of champagne, which was a really nice touch and made our stay feel extra special. Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday and would happily return. We definitely recommend Hotel RH Princesa to anyone travelling with children or looking for a friendly, comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Tras pasar un puente el año pasado y estar muy satisfechos, hemos decidido repetir este año una semana. Todo muy bien en general. La comida genial (especialmente el show cooking) y una gran variedad de actividades para disfrutar. Buenas habitaciones y ubicación para playa. Además, me ha gustado mucho lo del bono que ofrecen para gastos en el hotel, un aspecto muy destacable. También, coincidí con una chica que iba en traje en el ascensor (supongo que alguien de la cúspide en la jerarquía del hotel) y se interesó por cómo estaba siendo la estancia, lo cual es positivo ver que alguien tan importante se interese de primera mano por las opiniones de los huéspedes. Finalmente, aunque todo el equipo ha sido amable por lo general, me gustaría hacer una mención especial para Lucas, del grupo de animación. Un chico ideal para el puesto, con una personalidad y simpatía encantadoras, incluso también con los adultos. Siempre tiene una sonrisa y si te ve por la piscina o los alrededores te saluda con su alegría natural. Te hace sentir como en casa, un crack el chico. Posiblemente haya una tercera vez en el hotel porque ha sido una experiencia familiar muy satisfactoria.

La experiencia de 4 dias fue muy buena . Destacaría la comida por la gran variedad de cosas que tiene. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy completas, tiene de todo como por ejemplo spa, piscina semi olímpica , circuito ,varias piscinas fuera del hotel , sala de juegos, gimnasio ,piscina exterior , jacuzzi... Destaco la limpieza tanto de las habitaciones, como baños del recinto , buffet , los vestuarios del spa , el gimnasio estaba todo muy limpio y muy ordenado .No les faltaba detalle en nada . En concreto felicito a Katty quien nos hizo la habitación y estaba todo de 10 ha sido muy detallista en todo. Los hombres de la recepción nos lo han explicado todo perfectamente. Volveremos Gracias

Ya es la tercera vez que me hospedo y no será la ultima. Todo el personal muy amable, variedad en comida, muy buena animación y limpieza adecuada. Esta vez nos quedamos en la planta novena y la camarera de piso Conchi un 10, pedimos mas toallas y crema y además de dejarnos lo sugerido, nos dejo unos detalles mas. Tienen una zona de juego tanto exterior con colchonetas y bolas como interior con juguetes que a mi hija de 2 años la encanto y disfruto un montón. La ubicación inmejorable a pesar de no estar en primera linea de playa, sin duda el año que viene repetiremos.

⭐ Overall Impression The Hotel RH Princesa is a good place for families. The hotel has nice facilities, many activities for children, and a very friendly team. However, there are some problems with the restaurant and communication that make the stay less relaxing. 🏨 Hotel & Children’s Activities The hotel is very family‑friendly. The animation team works with a lot of love and energy. They make sure the children have fun every day. The lifeguards, especially the women at the pool, are always kind, smiling, and very attentive. They give a safe feeling, and they are great with kids. The pool area with the slides and swim rings is also very popular and enjoyable. 🍽️ Restaurant & Food Organization The restaurant is the biggest problem during the stay. It feels chaotic, and the tables are cleaned and prepared too slowly. At the cooking station, only one person makes tortillas, pancakes, and bacon. This causes long waiting times. The pancakes are almost always gone immediately because only 8–10 are made at once. Then you wait around 10 minutes for new ones. For a hotel with so many children, this is not a good system. A pancake machine that makes fresh pancakes on demand could be a good solution. 🍔 Food Truck at the Pool The food truck is unfortunately very disappointing. The burgers look strange and very red, and they do not taste good. The fries taste like they were made the day before and only warmed up again. Some guests even said they received frozen fries. This should be improved if the hotel wants to offer good and consistent quality. 🏊 Pool Rules & Communication A very uncomfortable situation happened with the swim rings. On the first day, using the ring for a 2‑year‑old child was allowed. Four days later, a different staff member suddenly said it was a big problem, without explaining why. Other lifeguards had allowed it before, so the rule was not clear. The discussion took 30 minutes, many guests were watching, and the manager never came. In the end, a lifeguard who was not involved apologized, which was kind but also sad because no responsible person did it. This shows that the hotel needs better communication and clear rules. 📌 Summary The Hotel RH Princesa has many strong points: • Great activities for children • Friendly and attentive lifeguards • Motivated animation team But it also has clear weaknesses: • Chaotic restaurant organization • Poor quality at the food truck • Unclear pool rules and bad communication With some improvements, the hotel could offer a much better and more relaxed experience for all guests. The hotel responds swiftly and graciously to any concern, ensuring guests feel truly valued and their stay remains exceptionally pleasant.
