Llegué a estos apartamentos con bastante miedo y muy pocas expectativas. Había reservado la estancia por internet y, después de leer tantas reseñas negativas, incluso intenté cancelarla, pero ya era demasiado tarde. Sin embargo, al llegar nos llevamos una sorpresa muy positiva. El apartamento no tenía nada que ver con muchas de las opiniones que había leído. La habitación estaba prácticamente como nueva. Es cierto que hace bastante calor, pero se puede estar perfectamente. En cuanto a las instalaciones, están súper bien, especialmente las piscinas y las actuaciones de animación, que nos gustaron mucho. El personal, en general, fue muy amable. Como punto a mejorar, diría que las chicas de recepción y el personal del bar de la piscina por la mañana podrían ser un poco más simpáticos. En cambio, el equipo de limpieza y el personal del bufé fueron encantadores y muy atentos con los clientes. No se escucha tanto ruido como de menciona en otros comentarios. La comida no destaca por tener una gran variedad, pero todo lo que probamos estaba muy rico y los platos estaban bien elaborados con calidad. Me voy muy contenta con la experiencia. Si me hubiera dejado llevar solo por las reseñas, me habría perdido unas vacaciones muy agradables. Es verdad que la fachada del complejo se ve un poco descuidada, pero da la impresión de que están haciendo mejoras poco a poco, como se nota en las habitaciones, que están renovadas y en muy buen estado. Sin duda, volvería y recomendaría no dejarse llevar únicamente por los comentarios negativos.

Amazing , We were 50/50 on wether we were actually going to come on the holiday due to reading all the reviews on TUI and trip advisor however I can honestly say most of these reviews are untrue ! We arrived late after 11pm and were treated lovely by all staff , we were self catering but were offered bottles of water on arrival . We were given a room located at the back of the hotel “ quieter “ one of the deluxe rooms which come with a fan , microwave , hob , kettle and toaster . There is also all cooking pots ; pans and cutlery. The snack bar was lovely , we got lunch from here every lunch time . Pizzas fresh cooked infront of you . 8-12 euro depending on toppings . Children’s meals etc too . Drinks menus were great , good variety . 4 pools with sun beds , always beds however I would say if you don’t have children to use the two pools located within the middle of the hotel/ apartments. The children’s pool is great two slides , bouncy pillow climbing thing . Located right next to snack bar and bigger pool too . Hotel is clean , and roomed cleaned every day . Fresh bedding , mopped .couldn't fault them at all !! I can’t comment on all inclusive but majority of people we spoke to were happy and enjoyed their food and drinks . Location , Outside the front of the hotel is Irish bars , supermarket on a Saturday and Wednesday there are markets from 9am till 4pm . Everything is cheap . Lidl is a 15 minute walk away , Beach is 12 minutes . Walk to the end of the street , and then right and find the lifts that then take you down to the “English beach “ where you can find McDonald’s , and loads of local places to eat which are all amazing . We tried most of them on our stay . Sun beds can be rented on the beach 9am till 5pm for 7.50 for two beds and an umbrella . Showers on the beach etc . Yumbo centre 15 minute walk , bars , gay bars , shopping , Burger King , subway , shopping food etc . Great little walk . If you want to go to do the palamitos park, don’t do it through excursions go online and book and get a taxi or the bus located at the end of the street as it is cheaper . Online tour able to get money off food and drink So I would recommend online for that one . Will try to add more photos once back in the uk ..

This is a fresh and maintained hotel with great facilities. The rooms are comfortable and nicely designed with well equipped kitchens and lovely balconies that enhance the stay. One downside is that the beds were quite hard which affected the overall comfort. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and always ready to help. The hotel’s location is excellent and makes it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. Food and drinks at the hotel were of good quality and added to the positive experience. There are several pool areas to choose from. The main pool was the highlight and perfect for relaxation. There is also a great children’s pool which was very appreciated and added a lot of fun for families. Overall a very enjoyable stay with a small drawback regarding the beds.

Celkem blízko u moře. Jídlo nečekaně dobré.. Pokoje zastaralé jsou jak jiní uvádějí ale na to naše chlastání to stačí 😁

Overall, really great location with great service. Staff was really kind and courteous all the way with a very professional behaviour. The accommodation was really good and we really loved it. Although no a/c, heavy duty fans were provided which countered the hot climate, but it was a good way to climatise. Pool, bar an dining area was really good, the breakfast service was first class and had a lot of choices. Point to note, if you have a hire car, it can be difficult to find parking space as the apartment hotel has limited spaces. However, we always did manage to get a space. Try and get a small car hire if possible.

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de buenas playas, incluso se puede ir caminando. Supermercado en frente. El personal agradable, la comida muy buena y variada, los y las camareras agradables. Al llegar a la habitación estaba preparada para 2 personas y éramos 4. Al llamar a recepción no mandan a alguien que nos da las sábanas y toallas en la puerta. Un calor horroroso. Sin aire acondicionado en pleno verano en el sur de Gran Canaria. Nos alquilaron un aire portátil a 8 euros por día, para el cual no hay condiciones de instalacion, el técnico hizo lo que pudo y había que, en la madrugada al menos una vez , tirar el agua que salía del aire, y porque pusimos el cubo de la basura, porque ellos ponen una garrafa de agua que se llena muy rápido. Es una pena porque la ubicación y las piscinas y la comida estaban buenas. No repetiría solo por el calor que pasamos.
