Das moderne Hotel liegt auf einer Klippe einer Landzunge mit wunderbaren Blick nach Osten, Süden und Westen. Wunderbare Sonnenaufgang- und Untergänge können beobachtet werden. Am weitläufigen Poolbereich gibt es ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Über eine Treppe gelangt man zu einer Treppe ins Meer. An der Bar wird eine große Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Getränken serviert. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Besonders lecker ist das Cafe aus der Siebträgermaschine. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick und großer Terrasse war groß und geräumig. Das Konzept des offenen Badezimmers ist modern und für Paare ok. Lediglich eine ganz abgeschlossene Toilettenkabine wäre wünschenswert. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein toller Ort um einen entspannten Kurzurlaub auf Mallorca zu verbringen.

Séjour inoubliable. L'ensemble du personnel est charmant et attentionné. La chambre est superbe avec une incroyable vue mer même depuis la salle d'eau ! Le restaurant propose des plats de bonne qualité à des prix très raisonnables. Le spa et la piscine rendent cet hôtel unique. On recommande.

We had a wonderful experience at the spa. Gloria was very professional, welcoming and attentive throughout the massage. She made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed from beginning to end. The massage was excellent and exactly what we needed to fully enjoy our stay. A special thank you to Gloria for her kindness and professionalism, and also to the entire spa team for their warm welcome and great service. We truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it!

The hotel is absolutely stunning. Our room was spotless and we had some of the best views I’ve ever seen. All of the staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool bar staff were especially lovely and friendly, although I’m not sure they were completely confident using the systems for charging drinks, as sometimes I would be stood waiting at the bar for quite a while. Nothing major, but definitely something that could be improved. Unfortunately, on our last day, what appeared to be a large group arrived, around 10 brothers with their wives or partners. Through absolutely no fault of the hotel, some members of the group were extremely rude and aggressive around the pool, behaving like children at times and creating quite an intimidating atmosphere. There also seemed to be a lot of mess being left around the pool area by them and outside the front seating area of the hotel it was there for a while so you have new guests arriving I would note this Thankfully, they arrived just as we were leaving, as the whole atmosphere around the pool completely changed. You could tell that other guests felt uncomfortable with their behaviour and I genuinely think it could have easily turned into trouble. I do think the hotel could keep a closer eye on larger groups when their behaviour starts affecting everyone else. The bar staff and lifeguards are very chilled and relaxed, which normally adds to the lovely atmosphere, but on this occasion it meant the behaviour didn’t really seem to be picked up on or addressed. Other than that, we had an amazing stay and I would 100% come back! :) The hotel itself is beautiful, the views alone are worth the stay and we genuinely loved our time there. It was just a shame that our final day was slightly spoiled by the behaviour of one particular group, but I definitely wouldn’t let that put me off returning.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine ainsi que le cadre de l’hôtel. L’établissement est vraiment très beau, et sa situation face à la mer offre un environnement assez exceptionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est également agréable, avec notamment des cappuccinos préparés à la demande par une barista et du jus d’orange frais pressé, ce qui devient malheureusement assez rare dans les hôtels. Dans l’ensemble, il était plutôt bon, même si j’ai trouvé les viennoiseries assez industrielles pour un établissement de ce standing. En revanche, j’ai été assez déçue par la chambre, qui selon moi ne justifie pas son prix. J’ai notamment été très surprise par la configuration de la salle de bain, entièrement ouverte sur la chambre : aucun mur, aucune porte, y compris pour les toilettes et la douche. Même si l’on voyage en couple, un minimum d’intimité reste appréciable, et cette disposition m’a semblé assez désagréable. Autre point négatif : le parking est payant et représente un coût non négligeable. Pour une semaine, nous avons dû ajouter environ 100 € au prix du séjour. Enfin, j’ai été étonnée du manque de petites attentions et de produits dans la chambre. Il n’y avait ni cotons-tiges, ni cotons démaquillants, ni crème pour le corps, ni après-shampoing. Pour un hôtel qui se positionne dans la catégorie « luxe », je trouve cela assez surprenant. En résumé, l’hôtel bénéficie d’un cadre magnifique, avec une très belle piscine et une situation exceptionnelle face à la mer. Cependant, compte tenu du prix demandé, je m’attendais à un niveau de prestation plus élevé, notamment concernant la chambre, les équipements et les petites attentions qui font normalement la différence dans un établissement de cette catégorie.

Leider sind wir bislang eher enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Wir sind erst am zweiten Tag im Hotel, trotzdem sind uns bereits mehrere Dinge negativ aufgefallen. Bei der Zimmerreinigung wurden benutzte Gläser und Tassen nicht ausgetauscht, sondern lediglich wieder umgedreht hingestellt. Auch die Bettwäsche wurde trotz unserer Bitte nicht gewechselt. Insgesamt wirkt die Reinigung auf uns leider nicht besonders gründlich. Auch das Personal kommt auf uns bisher eher unaufmerksam und wenig motiviert rüber. Als es zum Beispiel kurz angefangen hat zu regnen und wir draussen am Essen waren, mussten wir unsere Teller und Sachen selbst hineintragen, obwohl eine Mitarbeiterin direkt danebenstand. Gerade in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir hier mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Service erwartet. Bislang sind wir leider nicht wirklich überzeugt, und das bereits an unserem zweiten Tag. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie hatten wir deutlich höhere Erwartungen an Sauberkeit, Service und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. Hoffe es wird besser
