Outstanding hotel, clean and spacious rooms. The pillows are TO DIE FOR. You’re lucky I can’t fit them in my suitcase they’re so comfortable!!! The pool view is absolutely break taking and the pool itself is beautiful. Show out to Manuela from reception for making our time unique & extra pleasurable. She’s genuinely a bundle of joy and I’m convinced we are now friends. I can’t recommend this hotel more, I’d definitely book again.

Staying here at the moment can’t fault it. All staff are excellent especially the reception staff so helpful and friendly. Hotel is spotlessly clean and very modern, rooms are excellent cleaners are very good. Pool area in very nice all ways plenty of sun loungers whatever time you go to the pool. Happy hour every day at pool bar between 12 and 1 buy one get one free on drinks. Would definitely

Bed and bathroom are great! We had just booked for one night because we visited family in the close surrounding. Personally I would never stay in an area like Puerto Rico as it is too touristic, crowded and absolutely nothing authentic. We were there with a bank holiday and high season so it was even more crowded. The most annoying thing was parking, the hotel doesn’t have any facilities and with developing the village parking facilities were forgotten I believe. We had to find a place which took us 20 minutes and then we had to walk 15 minutes up hill to get to the hotel. All the hotels in Puerto Rico are built on the clifs, for us no problem but for people who are not fit you have to take a taxi. The staff was very friendly by the way.

Room good size, service should have been more regular had to speak to reception as towels not changed for 3 days. Bedding changed every 5 days. Beach towels supplied. Staff glossed over the cleaning Beautiful outlook but high up hill so need to be fit for walking or pay €4.20 for taxi. To get to shops and beach in bottom of the valley. Pool was 5 foot deep throughout so uncomfortable for my wife who is not a great swimmer but used sister hotel across the road which was graduated.

Second visit in six months, great location to discover the area. It's located up a steep hill (270 steps commercial cnt to room) but if you know Puerto Rico you'll understand, taxis €4/5 Great clean pool and relaxation area with pool bar that doesn't cost the earth! What's not to like - We'll be back again 😎🍺😎
