We recently stayed at this hotel whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary, which we mentioned several times before and during our stay. Unfortunately, this wasn’t acknowledged in any way, which was disappointing as it would’ve been nice for it to at least have been recognised. Our biggest disappointment was the room situation. We had booked a room with a balcony and partial sea view, however on arrival we were given a room without a balcony at all. The sea view itself was lovely, but having a balcony was something really important to us. After speaking to reception, we were told we could move rooms. However, when we entered the second room we’d been assigned, there was already someone asleep in the bed. I think I frightened the poor guest to death walking in unexpectedly, and honestly it gave us both a shock too. What made it worse was that the reception staff didn’t even apologise for the mistake, which felt incredibly unprofessional. We were eventually given another room, but the replacement view was far from what we expected when booking and paying extra for a balcony and partial sea view room. Most of the staff around the hotel seemed friendly and approachable, especially outside of reception. Sadly, the front desk experience let the hotel down for us. The reception staff often appeared uninterested in helping, and instead of being proactive, we were repeatedly told to “come back tomorrow” or wait for the next shift. It felt very much like being passed around rather than anyone taking ownership of the issue. Overall, there are definitely positives to the hotel, but the customer service at reception and the handling of the room issues meant our stay didn’t feel as special or relaxing as we had hoped, especially for an anniversary trip.

Hotel fabulous location on the sea front. Quite a lot of the rooms end up in the shade due to the design of one wing over the top of the restaurant. 3 girls on check in desk have poor communication skills re check in. I was early arriving, no room available & no rush to organise one a bit sooner than 4pm. Having a tiring long journey & travelled many miles to stay at Innside-no arrival drink nor snack offered ! As a single person, I was made to feel I was an inconvenience, service given by the reception girls was very poor. Staff did not have any sense of emergency about them, zero communication with housekeeping that indeed had the power to get a room ready in a reasonable length of time with guests waiting. Staff made me wait until 16:00 hours before handing me a room. room dull, NO SUN ☀️ small balcony in SHADE, Overlooked the large bin store of laundry I think it was. A single bottle of water in fridge wow 😮 No hospitality tray, I had to request a kettle & a cup! English Chanel’s scrambled so TV unwatchable. Room had squashed insect remains on walls and ceiling. Also as the room was in shade all day it was freezing cold. Blow heating old and dated, so didn’t work. The following morning I let reception know. Reception guy says reception area cold too ! The kindly Got me an electric heater but it did not warm room at all. Awful banging from floor below, I went to have a look part corridor cordoned off for work men ! I was not made aware of this at check in, Nor prior to booking! Lumps of plaster missing from walls & needs a paint refresh with all the marks on the walls. They changed my room, No balcony English TV Chanel’s scrambled so couldn’t watch. Hairdryer on bathroom wall thick with dust, glasses not washed properly. Lovely clean restaurant, good choice. Hot brekki available but NOT HOT, most guests were using the microwave ! Porridge was similar to raw oats dropped in tepid milk so was runny not cooked properly. ( should be thick & creamy consistency ) Fried Eggs curled up brown edges left under the lights. I paid a handsome price for B&B, I fear I have overpaid massively. Innside group are usually great hotels, I’ve utilised them in Europe but unfortunately on this occasion, not this one - it failed miserably.

Todo perfecto menos la piscina. Nosotros ibamos con la intencion de pasar el dia en la piscina, comodos y relajados( no nos gusta la plya). Si no te ponias fn cola a las 9 de la mañana no tenias tumbona, hemos pasado los 4 dias con las hamacas que son bastante incomodas.Pero lo peor es que llegavas a las 10'15/10'12 estavan todas con toallas y en la piscina estaba casi vacia.Un dia llegue a protestar y me dijeron que no podian hacer nada😔😔

El personal de este hotel es simplemente brillante. Atención, simpatía y profesionalidad, cosas que prácticamente se han perdido en el mundo hotelero. Destacar a Verónica de recepción, tuvimos una incidencia y nos lo soluciono enseguida. La comida del hotel es de calidad y se respira tranquilidad en las estancias. A seguir así .

Qué pena de hotel con lo que era hace años. Antes era una comida bastante buena, ahora es muy difícil hablar bien de ella. Sin calidad, mucho cerdo, comida barata, impropia de un Meliá. En la piscina hace años daban unos aperitivos estupendos que hacían que el sobre precio de las consumiciones quedara disimulado. Ahora es mejor irse al bar de al lado el Kactus que ponen mejores aperitivos y mucho más barato. A las habitaciones les hace falta una remodelación. Un cuatro estrellas Meliá no puede estar así. Esto es consecuencia de la actual dirección que busca los resultados anuales antes que la satisfacción de los clientes. Pues están muy equivocados, después de más de 20 años viniendo hemos decidido irnos al hotel de al lado que es muy superior a este penoso Costablanca. Los últimos directores se lo están cargando y van a conseguir rematarlo. Qué lástima de hotel con lo que era antes.

Excelente experiencia en el hotel Innside Costablanca. Buenas y bonitas instalaciones y ambiente tranquilo y relajante a pesar de estar situado en plena Playa de Levante de Benidorm. Variada gastronomía y unos profesionales de primerísima categoría, desde Recepción hasta las personas que arreglan las habitaciones, camareros, etcétera. Menciones especiales para Ramón, Carla, Fátima y Osti, quienes nos atendieron estupendamente bien y estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. Sin duda, uno de los mejores hoteles en pleno bullicio de Benidorm.
