Beautiful views. Rooms are a bit dated but so spacey clean and well equipped. Room 501 is stunning on the huge balcony hottub is lovely and plenty of sunbeds, large seating area and again , spectacular views. Disappointed the gated to the beach walk was locked. Food was good. Lots on the menu and barcstaff were so friendly and attentive. Pool is gorgeous! Plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was good but go early as food gets cold. Hot and cold buffet.

Estuve alojada el año pasado yo y my familia en el mes de agosto 4 días en un apartamento de 2 habitaciones bastante bien. Pero las habitaciones son un poco antiguadas sin reformaras, muebles antiguos pero muy acogedoras. El jacuzzi sucio y viejo que tuve que limpiarlo yo bastante bien para poder meterme con mis sobrinos. La vistas espectaculares. Pero un poco alejado de todo. Para poder ver y ir la playa hemos tenido que coger el coche. Y luego que llegabas muy tarde complicado para encontrar aparcamiento. Que el del hotel era con pocas plazas se llenaba muy rápido.

4 étoiles pour ce taudis. Des robinets qui coulent de partout, de l’eau qui coule par la lampe de la salle de bain, des portes que l’on arrive juste fermer, du mobilier qui ne tient pas, une baignoire rafistolée au Tip-Ex et j’en passe. Nous avons encore payer pour une chambre avec jacuzzi. Nous avons demandé 2 fois d’y rajouter de l’eau et 3 fois nous avons réclamé car l’eau n’était pas chauffée. Dès 6h le matin un bruit de ventilation qui raisonne dans l’appartement. Des WC vacillants. Enfin bref, Chf 1700 pour 7 jours, c est de l’escroquerie. Nous remercions tout de même le personnel de cet « hôtel » lequel a toujours été super gentil, attentionné et souriant.

Just back from another wonderful family holiday at Bluebay Beach Club. Myself, family and friends have been coming here for over 20 years now, and honestly, I don't think it can be beaten for value, views, room sizes, pool or the help & friendliness of all the staff..... in fact it's lovely that so many of them have been working there for as long as I've been visiting, a real credit, where nothing is ever too much trouble for them... I read some reviews and I'm at a loss how any can be anything other than positive. I have truly never had a bad experience there. Sure some rooms could do with upgrading, and they are in the process of doing that. Every year I see improvements which are always appreciated. Yes it's in a quiet part of town, where a car rental or bus/taxi is required to get to the busy centre, but that just adds to the appeal to me..especially as there are 4 or 5 lovely restaurants just a 10 minute walk away, and also the amazing Bar Franky's for all your cocktail needs, though I find the hotel bar ones really good, and great value. If you're a busy person who has to be doing things throughout your entire holiday, maybe you would be better off somewhere in the jungle of Playa del Ingles or Puerto Rico, but for relaxation, a spacious, gorgeous pool, no excursion pestering staff, lovely food and drinks, and some of the best views and sunsets anywhere in the world, this place is all you'll ever need. BlueBay Beach Club – My Stay I really enjoyed my stay at BlueBay Beach Club. I stayed in a clean and comfortable one-bedroom apartment with everything needed for self-catering, including crockery and cutlery, so you can easily cook your own meals if you want. The location is great, and the hotel grounds are beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant staff were always friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were average, but there was always enough choice, and I was never left hungry. 🤗 The only downside for me was that there isn't a proper sandy beach right next to the hotel. Other than that, I had a lovely stay and would happily come back.

Everything the reviews say is correct. The rooms desperately need renovation (wobbly faucets, damage to door frames, poor paint, etc) but the rooms were big and clean. Pool is nice and restaurant ok for filling up kids with food. It is what it is. Staff were really friendly which goes a long way.
