No es un 4 estrellas. Nos tuvieron 3 horas sin aire acondicionado a 36 grados en Madrid. La nevera estaba quemada por lo que no podíamos tener nada fresco para tomar. Pagamos 35€ más de suplemento por una habitación pet friendly, donde supuestamente te dan un kit de bienvenida con juguete, cama y comederos. La cama sucia, el juguete usado. A todo esto la recepcionista dice que no puede hacer nada para solucionar todos los inconvenientes que tuvimos, que está “agobiada”. Vinimos con la idea de descansar una noche luego de una largo viaje y no pudimos hacerlo. No se corresponde el precio con el servicio que brindan. La ropa de cama manchada. En el baño pelos.

Personally, it's actually not a bad place. It's in a decent location—not too far from the airport—and the city center is easily accessible by taking either the 150 or 29 bus, whichever floats your boat. There's a supermarket just down the road, and the room cleaners come by every one to two days. The hotel room was nice, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The coffee and tea were not so great, though, so I'd avoid those. Also, I get that it's a hotel in Spain, so obviously you're going to get Spanish TV channels, but adding Netflix to the TVs would be a huge plus—especially if you're spending a day in and don't want to just watch the local news. Check-in was easy, and checking out was just as smooth. I will definitely be staying here again—and if not at this location, then at one of their other branches, because they're everywhere. everywhere. Extra note water dispenser outside dont know if its located on each floor but its there.

Jorge the early morning front desk staff on the morning of our check out day (11th May 2026) was very nice, friendly, informative and helpful. Our check in experience with other front desk staffs were very nice and smooth as well. They were caring and efficient. The room was nice and comfortable. Housekeeper lady was very helpful in replenishing things for us. She is smart and very nice despite us speaking different languages. I am grateful for that. As my experience in some other countries and cultures, some staffs were not trying to understand guests who speak different languages at all. As others reviewers suggested how nice staffs here are, I agree wholeheartedly. Proximity to the train station is perfect for our early train trip to San Sebastián the next morning. Uber only cost less than 10€.

Quiero agradecer especialmente al personal de recepción por el trato tan excelente recibido durante mi estancia. En particular, Javier y David fueron muy profesionales, atentos y amables en todo momento, haciendo que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable. También quiero destacar a Isabel, que me atendió por teléfono con mucha amabilidad.

We had a great experience here. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff at the check in, the restaurant and at checkout were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is open until 11PM. We were very glad for that as after a long day of travel we did not want to go out for dinner. The food was so delicious! I loved the vegetarian lasgna, smashed potatoes and the chocolate mousse. Others in our group appreciated the sauteed vegetables and mushrooms. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are clearly marked. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. There were even warm vegan options. The staff organized taxis for our rides to the airport very efficiently. Highly recommended staying here.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El personal muy atento y amable. Tiene cafetería, con carta pequeña para pasar el momento, no destaca por sus platos pero vale para cumplir
