A nuestra llegada al hotel nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad. Nos indicaron y nos informaron de todo. Aunque tengo que decir que aunque llegáramos a las 12:30 la habitación no estaba lista hasta las15h. La ubicación para nosotros es la idónea ya que queríamos ir al Siam Park y el Siam Mall. El niño (11 años) ha estado todo el rato jugando con sus nuevos amigos y con los animadores. Los juegos en la piscina nos han encantado. Nos hubiese gustado algo más de actividades también por la tarde-noche. En lo relativo a la habitación, aunque es grande y bien distribuida, (la que nos tocó) tiene algunos defectos que corregir en lo que a nuestra habitación se refiere. El agua de la ducha se sale y se queda por el baño y al no disponer de nada para secarla, cada vez que entrábamos en el baño, mojábamos la habitación. La terraza con vistas a la piscina nos encantó, veíamos al niño jugando. No dispone de comida al medio día y eso sí nos ha condicionado mucho, ya que teníamos que salir del hotel para comer. En los diferentes bares, ofrecían comida, si bien para un vez , pero no para una estancia más prolongada. En la zona de la piscina echamos en falta más sombrillas y que nadie del hotel estuviera atento a los que dejan la toalla desde temprano y no aparecen por las tumbonas hasta las 14h. Camareros atentos y bien cualificados. Recepción perfecta. Animadores geniales y buenos amigos de los niños. La comida podemos decir que podría ser de mejor calidad.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious and very comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of great options, and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. The location is fantastic, making it easy to relax and enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. As a family, we felt very well looked after from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The spa was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our stay. We booked a massage with Lorena, and it was honestly one of the best massages we've ever had. She is incredibly skilled, professional and clearly knows exactly what she's doing. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The whole spa team were friendly, attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable. If we could suggest one small improvement, it would be to offer a wider selection of drinks and fresh fruit in the spa area. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. We would be delighted to return and would happily recommend this hotel to our family and friends. 💯👌🏻

we had the best holiday ever. room was 10/10, so big and spacious. Not the best veiw from the balcony but we didn’t mind. had breakfast included, it was great for a hotel breakfast so many options. one pool was heated, perfect for the cloudier days. other pool was cooler better for sunny days. bar and food is quite dear compared to in the town. in regards to location, it is a 25 minute walk to main strip but there’s a taxi rank at the hotel with taxis there at all times, usually cost between €4.00-€9.00. I would definitely return to Gara suites. Cleaners came every 2 days and mopped did a full clean. Reception provide extra towels if needed. plenty of sun beds by the pool no need to run in the mornings to save one. Honestly the best stay

Hotel was spotless, our room was amazing, spread out over 2 floors. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way for you. Room cleaned daily. Hotel pool is lovely and warm. No rush for sun loungers as there’s loads. Bingo was great fun! Made extra fun by the young lady (I forget her name) Ideal location. 20 minute walk from the town (€6 euro taxi) 10 minute walk to Siam Mall (€4 euro taxi) I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’d definitely stay again.

Camera spaziosa, bagno grande ma scomodo con la vasca da bagno come doccia. Pulizie non troppo accurate durante il nostro soggiorno. Colazioni e cena varie con molte pietanze per ogni gusto. Piscina molto bella inserita in zona centrale rispetto a tutti gli stabili dell’hotel. Belle le attività serali per gli ospiti. Posizione ottima.

À l’arrivée on n’y a trouver un hôtel beau , propre à l’accueil assez sympathique ect arriver dans les chambre première surprise , les porte ne vont pas jusqu’au sol , il laisse donc passer un jour , et laisse entre nos amis les CAFARD , parce que si je met cette avis c’est bien pour prévenir que ici vous pourrais dormir avec des cafard sur vous , est que pour l’hôtel c’est normal il y’en n’a partout dans le coin , quand on va dans le parking , vous pourrez en croiser une dizaine , dans votre chambre si vous sortez la nuit faite bien le tour des chambres, vos chaussures, placard draps car en 10 jours nous avons eu plusieur amis cafard 4 petit , et un énorme que vous voyez sur la photo qui fait petit mais qui fait plus de la moitier de mon doigt ! Je me suis donc plaint à la réception , nous n’avons pas pu nous rendormir nous avons demandé un geste un remboursement de la nuit ou autre , on nous a proposer un accès au spa … wouwouuu , la personne de l’accueil je ne connais pas son prénom , et très sympathique c’est bien sûr le supérieur qui lui a dit de dire sa donc ce n’est pas de sa faute mais bien celle de l’hôtel qui et au courant qui les infesté de cafard et ne met aucun dispositif en place pour éviter que des cafard vous fasse des petit bisous la nuit !!! Hormis sa , les chambre sont grande , bcp de rangement , piscine vraiment cool bcp de transat vous en trouverais tjr , restaurant selon le jour ses une spécialité différente c’est pas foufou mais c’est tjr sympa , mais pour le problème de cafard je met une étoile car sa ne devrais pas arriver ! Les porte devrais être couverte entièrement jusqu’au sol et des piège dans les escalier !
