Excelente hotel 4* no coração de Valência! Possui ótima localização, perto de todos os pontos de interesse, mas em rua tranquila e de fácil acesso. Possui quartos amplos, elegantes, aconchegantes e com todos os amenites necessários. Possui staff atencioso e simpático, sempre à disposição. Possui café da manhã variado e de muito bom gosto. A lamentar a indisponibilidade da piscina durante nossa estadia, já que em obras.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, conveniently situated near many of the city's key landmarks and shopping destinations. Both the room quality and breakfast experience were outstanding, with a well-curated selection and high standards throughout. The arrival experience was seamless. The lady and gentleman who welcomed us at check-in, along with the breakfast and dinner teams, were professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, there was one incident that fell below expectations. A room attendant entered our room without knocking while I was inside and undressed. While I understand mistakes can happen, this is a serious lapse in guest privacy and should not occur. I informed two reception team members, clearly stating that I was not making a complaint but wanted to highlight an unacceptable situation. They just asked for the room number and mentioned that management would be informed. However, a simple apology or expression of concern at that moment would have been appreciated and would have demonstrated greater empathy and service recovery. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and the strengths of the hotel far outweigh this isolated incident. With better handling of guest concerns and reinforced privacy procedures, the experience would have been exceptional.

This is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I have been to a lot places. There were 4 of us that came here for our friend’s big birthday celebration and it didn’t disappoint. We had a suite with a huge comfy bed. So much attention to detail. Everything had been thought of and the room was spotless. Pillow menu, room scent menu, black out blinds, lovely linen, chocolates in the room, great coffee machine, floor spotlights to help guide you to the bathroom at night, Clarins products, other little treats. Hair straighteners, clothes steamer. When we arrived were were given glasses of cava for my friend’s birthday. We visited the roof terrace several times night & day and they helped organise a cake. The cocktails and food up there were lush. The breakfast downstairs was absolutely superb, such a gorgeous selection of food plus a menu to order from. The coffee was great. The hotel felt so chilled. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Plus the location was fantastic to discover charming Valencia - walking distance to everything but also very quiet. The only thing I don’t understand is why this hotel is not 5 stars. I would love to come back and also try the other hotel on the beach where I read there is a shuttle between the two. Estuvimos ayer para una sesion de spa privado y masaje en pareja y fue genial. El spa muy limpio, con mucha intimidad , luego pasamos al masaje en pareja y fue la guinda del pastel. George y lavinia unos grandes masajistas , muy cuidadosos y de los mejores masajes que nos han dado , la verdad que muy recomendable la experiencia y el trato por parte de ambos , masaje a todo el cuerpo , no se dejaron una zona por recorrer. Volveremos seguro.

Lo primero que quiero destacar es la actitud poco amable de Anna en la recepción. Llegué sin reserva porque quería hacerla directamente en el hotel, pero antes pedí ver la habitación. Me lo negó y simplemente me dijo que mirara las fotos. Después le hice una pregunta muy sencilla: ¿qué pasa si la habitación no me gusta una vez que entre? Tampoco supo responder. Me sorprendió que, tratándose de un hotel donde una habitación cuesta unos 300 € por noche, el personal de recepción no pudiera explicar unas normas tan básicas sobre la cancelación o proponer alguna solución. El segundo gran problema fue el aire acondicionado. En la habitación prácticamente no había aire acondicionado; solo había una salida de aire en una esquina del pasillo, claramente insuficiente para enfriar toda la habitación. Aun así, me aseguraron que funcionaría bien, pero la habitación nunca llegó a enfriarse. Además, la habitación era muy ruidosa, por lo que fue difícil descansar. En definitiva, por el precio que cobra este hotel esperaba un nivel de servicio y de calidad muy superior. Sinceramente, me dio la impresión de que la valoración tan alta del hotel no refleja la experiencia real.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in a corner room on the 4th floor. The hotel was modern, clean and well maintained. All the staff we encountered were happy and polite to help with anything. Everything in the room functioned perfectly and house keeping did great job on servicing the room each day. Would 100% recommend this hotel, although we did not eat in the hotel as we like to eat out and about and when we want too and however much we want.
