I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in July 2026. In my opinion, the only advantage of the hotel is its location, it is located right on Passeig de Graçia, which is excellent. Other aspects of the hotel did not satisfy me, examples : - elevators were scary, i don’t think those elevators undergo a regular technical check to see if it’s safe for guests - i booked a room with a direct “window view” of passeig de graçia, however there actually is not much of a view, the window / front façade of the hotel is covered with a structure that blocks your entire view. This structure also prevents fresh air from entering the room when you just want some fresh air in the room - the refrigerator in my room did not work (to be able to keep my drinks cool). I reported this. No apologies, no solution… I booked this hotel based on the google reviews, almost all of them are positive, which is suspicious and makes me think that (some of) the positive reviews might be paid for / monitored strictly. So it’s definitely sus… If location is the only important criteria for you, then go ahead and book this hotel.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue excelente. Organizamos un evento en una de sus salas y, desde el primer momento hasta el último, todo el equipo demostró una profesionalidad, disposición y calidad humana excepcionales. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención personalizada que recibimos en todo momento. Siempre hubo alguien pendiente de cualquier detalle, abiertos a nuestras peticiones y resolviendo con rapidez y una enorme amabilidad cualquier imprevisto que surgía. Esa actitud marcó la diferencia. Un agradecimiento muy especial a Alan, gerente del equipo de Alimentos y Bebidas; a Lenin, por su excelente atención durante y después del servicio; a Arnold, pendiente de recibirnos, y facilitarnos todo lo que necesitábamos; y a Eva, del equipo de limpieza, cuya ayuda y disposición fueron impecables. Todo ello, bajo la dirección de Diego, cuyo liderazgo se percibe claramente en la implicación, coordinación y vocación de servicio de todo el equipo. Las instalaciones son importantes, pero lo que realmente hace memorable una experiencia son las personas. Y en este hotel hemos encontrado un equipo extraordinario. ¡Muchas gracias por hacer que nuestro evento fuera un éxito! Sin duda, volveremos.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL IN SPAIN!!!!! From the moment you walk in, you feel so welcomed. Morgana, the doorman, is absolutely incredible, and the blonde lady at the front desk was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. Every single staff member greets you with a smile and genuinely wants to help. They gave us the best recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and they went above and beyond with every favor we asked for. Nothing ever felt like a bother. The service here is truly five-star, and it’s the people who make this hotel so special. If you’re visiting Spain, this hotel is 100% worth every penny. I can’t recommend it enough, and I can’t wait to come back! 💙

Best hotel experience i've ever had! The service was phenomenal unlike any other hotel i've personally been to i highly reccomend this place. The location is also extremely convenient it's so close to many of the tourist attractions. The rooftop bar is also a plus! Beautiful view.

Besser und zentraler geht es wirklich nicht. Wenn man Barcelona erkunden möchte, ist dieses Hotel die perfekte Adresse. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Barcelona definitiv kein anderes Hotel mehr wählen. It really doesn’t get any better or more central than this. If you want to explore Barcelona, this hotel is in the perfect location. I would definitely choose this hotel again and wouldn’t stay anywhere else on my next trip to Barcelona.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Royal Passeig de Gracia. The location couldn’t have been better, close to great shopping and restaurants and some of the major sites within 20 minute walk. We had a double room that was clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar was also night for a drink and the staff were courteous. Would recommend to anyone staying in Barcelona
