Hemos pasado 3 días maravillosos en este hotel. Nos ha gustado todo, la habitación, la limpieza, la comida y el trato del personal, sobre todo destaco que es un hotel muy integrador en todos los sentidos, me ha gustado mucho ver como los camarer@s más veteran@s enseñaban con cariño y respeto a los más jóvenes de diferentes nacionalidades. Destaco la atención en el restaurante del jefe de camareros y del joven camarero de mi zona. Y en el bar al camarero Adams. En la diversidad y el buen trato está el éxito. Muchas gracias. Volveremos!

Just got back after 7 nights,What a fantastic hotel the staff 👏 amazing so friendly didn’t meet 1 staff member that was unpleasant,the hotel it’s self very clean spotless,Poole it well looked after check in is at 3pm but if you arrive early there is a place to change and leave your luggage,rooms comfortable again clean and cleaned daily no kettle in the room tho so if you like a cuppa might wanna take one. We was breakfast only and there was plenty to choose from,my partner had lunch most days at the hotel good price and good portion size. Had a really nice stay and we will be staying again soon and for longer Thank you

Just returned after a 6 nights solo trip at the Servatur Don Miguel. Ill start with the good parts, staff were amazing, everyone was very friendly ( reception not so much, especially the young blonde fella who seemed in disbelief when i told him about the food quality) but the rest of staff were very friendly, chatty and definitely provided a service with a smile. Location was really good, close to beach shops etc, i recommend visiting puerto de mogan which is an hour away by bus, beautiful scenery. Staff at the restaurant and pool very helpful and always smiling. Cocktails at the pool very tasty, so was the food a la carte. The bad parts, the buffet food. Especially dinner, way below standards, food was below basic, no taste, no flavour, no texture. The meat kept having a funny taste every single time, I complained about this multiple times!! salad was dry every single day, they wouldn’t even chop their tomatoes, cucumbers as dry as sahara desert, ridiculous. There were very few options, very little choices. Deserts were shop bought most definitely, tasted horrible .Highly disappointing. I DO NOT recommend going half board. Breakfast was decent but still below of what was expected. Rooms clean but looking tired, definitely needs a improvement. Towels were changed everyday however no mopping or cleaning was done. Overall not bad but not sure I would stay again. Probably I would just come back for the pool and cocktails.

My new favourite hotel in Gran Canaria. Super clean, lovely breakfast and super lovely staff. Not to mention that is a stone throw away from Yumbo shopping/social hub. Already booked again for October 26, is that good. Thank you to all staff and see you soon!

Well what can i say all good about the hotel, staff and cleanilness was very good . Me, my mom and her friend wanted a relaxing holiday and we got exactly that, the hotel and surrounding area was great. We arrived late evening and they had prepared some food which was nice of the hotel. The room was very clean , the housekeeper who was looking after our room was smiley and friendly all the time. We went half board their was so much choice for breakfast and the same for dinner. It really does make your holiday specially when it's kept clean and tidy the pool was also kepted clean and tidy at all times i'd defintently go back there again and the staff worked really hard i spent my birthday there my mom and her friend got me a cake while at the hotel. It was a big cake to much for us so we shared with the lovely staff. Because they where so helpful and friendly Thank you to the staff at Don miguel for making my birthday and our holiday special

Currently staying at this hotel for 7 nights and honestly having a great experience so far. First of all, I would like to give special thanks to Noelia at reception — she was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful, and explained everything to us with a smile. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the shower is excellent with very good water pressure. The breakfast and dinner included with our stay were also really enjoyable — the food was always fresh and tasty with a good variety. Our room overlooks the pool area, and despite some reviews mentioning noise from the entertainment, we personally had no issues at all. By 11 PM everything was quiet and peaceful. This is not my first time in Gran Canaria and I have stayed in many hotels here before. This hotel definitely deserves a 5-star review, and I would happily come back again in the future.
