Muy buen lugar , comodo , limpio , cerca del centro , muy buena atencion de todo el personal ( Pablo en la recepcion un genio) , unas vistas espectaculares , buena piscina , algo complicado el parking , pequeño ; el unico detalle que no me gusto y me parecio fuera de lugar es que el dia de salida a las 10:01 hs te esten golpeando la puerta , era innecesario y mas en esta epoca que no creo tengan un 100% de reservas , pero bueno , un detalle y seguro volvere

Just been to Spain for a week, and from the very beginning the staff were super welcoming, making us all comfortable- we were all given beach towels and shown how to access our rooms, the rooms themselves were very well presented, clean and well equipped- the pool area and staff on the bar and around the resort were all really friendly- will 100% be coming back to this hotel! Thankyou for making my first ever abroad holiday so much more memorable, did not want to leave❤️

Very friendly staff especially Neli (speaks both English and Spanish). I went with my 7 kids just last week and all staff were super helpful. Spacious rooms and staff readily available for any enquiries and transport booking. We will call again 😊😊 Thank you all.

The staff there are lovely and the hotel was so clean when we came here and nothing changed when we left. There is a supper market nearby and you can have the breakfast in the hotel room. no crowed space there and the hotel is so high it feels like you can see the whole of tenerife. Lovely hotel. Ecaterina, 8 year old.

Awesome 👌 I have been here for a week and really enjoyed my stay here its in an ideal location for me as i know the area... its a short walk down to the shops and bars.... less than ten mins and the same for siam park and siam mall... the staff have been friendly and accomodating... the reception,cleaners and maintenance especially I asked for another sun umbrella and they brought it to me very quickly... very well maintained and clean... We get our sheets cleaned whole place tidied and floors mopped mid stay too and we were only here for a week.... I did email to find out about how to stay here longer term and as yet have not recieved a response... my room is awesome I have a jacuzzi bath and also a hot tub on the veranda.. I'm a little sad to be leaving as its so nice but have another week here before I go home.. next time I will try and stay here for the duration of my holiday. There is a small onsite shop which is open between nine and two and stocks bits and pieces.. tea bags salad cream ketchup gravey etc for brits... it has frozen and fresh items and is reasonably priced handy if you need water etc... Breakfast in the onsite restaurant is a buffet at a good price very good quality and fresh... lots to choose from for your money including breads cereals cold meats cheeses fruit eggs bacon etc you can have a full english breakfast and much more... coffee is also included in the price (less than 15 pound) from the machine and you can help yourself to as many refills as you like :) Tried the restaurant tonight and had a pizza which was very nice and tasty i asked for pesto on my ham and mushroom pizza and they were happy to add it the pizza is very good crispy base and very tasty would highly recommend... I couldnt eat it all as i had too much to drink earlier so i asked for a box to take it to my room and they were happy to help.. Yesterday the boiler in our appartment broke and the maintanence team replaced it in less than 2 hours an outstanding service all round on this resort... I tried something new from the restaurant today i had huevos rotos for a starter (broken eggs) which had crunchy crispy potatoes and crispy eggs with a runny yolk which was excellent... and pasta linguinini with langostine prawns (without parmesan? Faux pas? Tradionally in italian cusine you dont have cheese with seafood as it spoils the pallette...) Which was very fresh saucy and tasty... both meals were very good and cost less than £25 pound... there is a scale to weigh your bags before you go to the airport... And an onsite laundry to wash your cloths which costs €4.50 for a wash and the same to dry... you need to either get the app on your phone or pay at the wall... On the last night I thought I would try the restaurant again and ordered two starters the meatballs and chicken wings in a spicy sauce... the meatballs where soft and real meat (not campbells... lol) although they did come in a sort of tomato soup they were very nice and accompanied with two bits of toasted bread... The chicken wings were tasty and slightly spicy but not over powering... you will however need a few extra tissues for these as they are a bit messy but totally worth it... Paid twenty euro for both... Very nice presentation...

WORST EXPERIENCE ever in Tenerife. Apartment full of cockroaches. Staff unhelpful. Didn’t allow us to change apartment nor let us leave and give us a refund for unspent nights. I could not even sleep as these big insects were walking around the apartment. Additionally, it’s almost impossible to reach with the car. It’s so steep that you might got stuck. A lady asked for the help of my bf to get the car parked there. After that you also need to take so many different elevators to reach the apartment which looks definitely worst than in the pictures. Not recommended at all!
