Se puede ver gente desnuda desde las ventanas. Paso por aqui cada dia para ir a la uni, y hoy fue la quinta vez que veo una persona desuda en las ventanas. Si vais a hacer ventanas de la primera planta del suelo, teneis que hacer algo que no se pueda ver nada. Esque he visto ya una pareja juntos en la cama: como es possible que eso es el caso. Ya se lo commente a una persona que se presento como manager del hotel,les da igual porque sigue asi los dos años que vivo al lado. Ademas que tienen una esquela primaria en frente de ellos. Completa falta fe respeto de la gente y de sus clientes también.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! DISGUSTING AND UNCLEAN ROOMS. Upon arrival, I found an opened bottle of water and hair on the floor - the room was completely unclean. I moved to another room which had a disgusting kettle with mould and horrible stuff at the spout. Honestly, the reception staff and supervisor have been horrible and rude and were not willing to offer a full refund so I could cancel and stay elsewhere. No apology and no empathy. I feel super uncomfortable staying here. The staff are not nice people. I warn you - book somewhere else. I passed many 4 star hotels that looked A LOT nicer than this. It’s not worth it. THE HOTEL IS NOT 5* STANDARD! A lot of other reviews say the same thing. Save your money and please go somewhere else. The only good thing about this hotel was the lovely breakfast staff. I come to Barcelona often - I will never stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for several days in March. We were disappointed with this hotel, especially at this price point. The staff was friendly, and we were grateful that they let us check in early. However, there are just too many issues with the room to overlook. The room had the usual "insert keycard to turn on power" setup, but it never seemed to work correctly. Every time we tried, the lights wouldn't come on — even though the TV did, confirming there was power. We ended up leaving a spare keycard in the slot after the second maintenance visit. Oddly, the TV also turned on every time you inserted the keycard. The bathroom was poorly thought out. The door was frosted glass rather than opaque, which meant I couldn't turn on the light without waking my sleeping partner. The shower wasn't properly contained - it had only half a barrier - so water covered most of the bathroom floor every time we used it. There was also no shelf in the shower, so we had to keep all of our toiletries on the floor. The sink had no knobs. Instead, it had a motion sensor that let water run for only about five seconds at a time, with no hot water at all. I either had to wash my face and shave in cold water while constantly waving my hand in front of the sensor, or run the shower, clean up without a mirror, and make the floor even wetter. Only one side of the queen bed had an outlet, so I couldn't charge my phone on my side at night. There were USB ports on the wall, but they were older connectors that didn't fit the cables I'd brought. The pillows were far too soft, with no firmer options in the room. I had to stack three of them just to maintain spinal alignment sleeping on my side. The room included a mini-fridge, which I used to store some fruit. The next morning I opened it to find the fruit covered in mold - the fridge wasn't actually on, despite being stocked with items for sale. The window could be covered by a large sliding panel, which I appreciated since I prefer total darkness when sleeping. But the panel wasn't properly affixed (no anchor on the side or bottom), and I was afraid it might fall. The window handle was also broken off entirely, so we couldn't open it to enjoy the breeze on what were otherwise lovely spring days. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Despite a friendly and accommodating staff, it had far too many maintenance and design problems to justify its price.

I highly recommend Eurostar Barcelona Central. We stayed there for a couple of days during our vacation. The hotel is beautiful, clean and in an excellent location. It was walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, as well as next to main attractions. The staff that we interacted with were very polite, helpful and professional. I really want to give a Big shoutout to the ladies at the front desk. From the moment we arrived in the hotel to check in they were awesome and treated us so nicely, and they were so polite and friendly. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Excelent hotel. Ubicació cèntrica perfecta, servei molt professional i discret. La insonorització de les habitacions és perfecta, un esmorzar bufet de 5 estrelles i la petita piscina a la 5a planta de fàbula. Luxe funcional, eficient i un 10/10 per al viatger i pel local com és el meu cas.

The hotel itself is good: clean, spacious rooms and a nice building in a convenient location. On that side, no complaints. However, two issues affected our stay. First, the lady at the front desk was not very welcoming. The biggest problem was the internet. The Wi-Fi worked fine in the lobby, but the moment we entered our room, there was no signal at all. Not weak, completely gone. I complained to reception several times over our stay, and no solution worked. We ended up relying on our own mobile roaming data for the entire 4 days.
