Booked on the review score. We would never return. We stayed 21 nights at Akeah Broncemar with two small children. As a basic apartment complex it's acceptable; as a four-star hotel it is not. Our unit felt like an ordinary flat, with dust and exposed electrical cabling within reach of our kids. The buffet had quantity but not quality: bland, repetitive, mass-produced. At times there weren't even enough plates or cutlery. But the food and room were not the problem. Management was. One morning I put two croissants and two bread rolls in a box for my sleeping wife and children. The Guest Relationship Manager told me food couldn't leave the buffet. I said I hadn't known, accepted it, and would respect it. That should have ended it. Instead she demanded our room number, said she would verify whether children really were in our room, and remarked that a 14-month-old wouldn't eat croissants, effectively calling me a liar. When I mentioned a restaurant employee who had shouted at us for sitting at the only clean table, she brushed it aside. An hour or two later she confronted us again loudly near reception, this time in front of my wife and children. Our son was visibly frightened and clinging to his mother. We repeatedly asked her to lower her voice. It changed nothing. She then claimed housekeeping had found crumbs all over our floor after cleaning. We went to the room together. The room hadn't been cleaned that day, the floor was spotless, and all she could produce was a single crumb on a table. The accusation was simply false, and this was a family room with two toddlers in an all-inclusive hotel we had paid a lot for. Snacks and a letter followed. The letter framed us as guests upset that a buffet rule had been explained. That was never the issue. The issue was being accused, doubted, confronted in front of our children, and told something untrue about our room. Credit where due: Violetta and Mia at the alltourini Kids Club were wonderful with our son, warm and patient every single day, and one restaurant employee, the gentleman with glasses and tattoos, went out of his way to make meals easier with two toddlers. They deserve better than this management. Other guests we spoke with described similar rudeness. I hope they take the time to write their own reviews, so other Guests and families don't waste their money, their nerves and their limited holiday time. A basic apartment, mass catering and a pool do not make four stars. And no facility compensates for management that treats paying families as suspects. We regret booking, would never return, and cannot recommend it.

PÉSIMO Fuimos 4 adultos y un bebé de Daypass y más vale que cobren el acceso a la piscina, porque como servicio de Daypass no sirve ya que: - En el bar piscina de snack solo hay sándwich que te lo tienen que calentar y dulces de a saber cuándo es. - Se supone que es todo incluido y en la carta hay más cosas de las que tienes que pagar a las que te incluyen. - Buffet no hay nada pero nada de comida. - Lo peor de todo es que no hay nada ni para que los niños a media tarde se puedan comer algo. - Los baños sin agua en el lavamanos - Las duchas de la piscina ninguna funcionan. * En General al peor Daypass que he ido. No deberían de ofrecer este servicio ya que no están a la altura. Quien quiera coger ese Daypass les aconsejo que lleven comida, por qué se las van a ver jodido y si llevan niños o bebé les aconsejo que le lleven también. Al salir nos tuvimos que ir a comer, ya que no tienen nada.* Espero que más que sea mejoren algo

Las condiciones del hotel para day pass o alojamiento son decepcionantes para un hotel de cuatro estrellas, comida escasa además ni buena estaba. El atún seco , el cerdo seco y pasado, poca cantidad en frutas y postres además de ser comprados a otras empresas y el hotel las mete a congelador para conservarlas más tiempo y venderte para comer una tarta congelada... El jacuzzi de la piscina tiene el suelo se le está desprendiendo a cachos que además tampoco está en funcionamiento y es bastante desagradable no saberlo porque espere como cuarenta y cinco minutos para darme cuenta de que no funciona. Las bebidas en el bar piscina , (añadir que los animadores no valen para nada si solo los contratas para que hablen inglés o alemán también van al hotel muchos canarios que hablan español ni un poco de importancia en esto ) son escasas solo cinco o seis bebidas incluidas de cuáles solo dos con alcohol. Las demás debes de pagarlas que además no te vale la pena porque te lo sirven en un vaso de cartón de los que usas para llevar a la playa y al final solo te quedan dos opciones. Tirar de beber barato o no consumir nada más que agua. La piscina también necesita un mantenimiento del fondo y exteriores del lugar como escaleras metálicas que están oxidadas la gente debe usar vasos con agua para tener un cenicero porque no entregan en bar piscina. Sinceramente lo único bueno de este hotel son el personal que recoge las vajillas y vasos del restaurante y que también trabajan en el bar piscina. Son excelentes y maravillosas personas solo vuelvo para poder verles de nuevo . No vuelvo porque el hotel sea bueno porque tiene fallas de todo tipo , espero que sirva para que tomen medidas y mejoren el establecimiento turístico.

We changed the room because the first one was too loud and it was for disabled people and we didn’t want to take that away from people who really needed that room. In both of them the wallpaper near the tv was dirty, the mirror was so old that it started to blacken on all sides. The mattress was ok but there were 2 beds and whatever you did they really didn’t stay next to each other. We couldn’t even sleep next to each another. The floor was dirty, near the toilet there was a smell of pee and after checking I saw that there was indeed pee from previous guest on the toilet. The shower had black mold on the silicone near the glass. Overall everything was very old, very used and honestly pretty dirty. The pool had painting missing on the sides and bottom and 3 out of 4 pool stairs were very loose. We chose the all inclusive but if we wanted bottled water we had to pay. If we wanted drinks or cocktails we had to pay. There were only one or two thing from each section to choose for the people with the ‘all inclusive package’. What’s the point of all inclusive if I still have to pay? The food was horrific. I found a dead spider in my morning coffee, I vomited afterwords in the same pee smelling bathroom we had, witch made everything worse! The food was not fresh and neither good. They gave pretty much the same food everyday. I found hair in my food in 2 separate occasions. On the bright side, there are shops nearby and the beach is very close, as well as the bus station from/to the airport. Overall Terrific. Never again. Honestly I don’t know who gave 4 stars because not in my worst stays I saw that.

Hoy a día 17/05/2026 me quedé un fin de semana con un todo incluido. La verdad decepcionante el todo incluido el snack son las sobras la comida del almuerzo, la piscina super fría fueras a la hora que fueras, el jacuzzi igual de frío y no funciona, comida repetitiva, en el bar piscina sin comida. Lo único bueno el trato del personal un 10. No volvería más. Ubicación genial. Animación en alemán e inglés nada en español.

Prima en vriendelijk ontvangst. Liften aanwezig. Kamer was schoon en zag er goed en ruim uit, alhoewel enigzins gedateerd. Een goed maar niet gezellig restaurant met buiten terras. Uitgebreid en afwisselend buffet. Bedden zijn matig, er zijn een aantal toppers die je kan vragen waardoor het ligcomfort van de matrassen wel wat verbeterd. Balkons zijn aan de straatzijde zeer rumoerig ivm verkeer op de straat. Elke dag animatie voor jong en oud. Kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt en voorzien van schone handdoeken. Mooi groot zwembad met buitenbar. Voldoend ligbedden maar veel te weinig parasols. Hotel ligt naast een winkelcentrum en op korte afstand van het strand. Dit stuk strand is overigens onbereikbaar voor mindervalide en gehandicapten of mensen met rolstoel, kinderwagen, rollager, etc.. dit omdat het hoogte verschil dmv trappen moet worden overwonnen (98treden). Er is een lift die tot halfverwege het strand gaat. De 2e lift naar het strand is al 3 jaren stuk en wordt dus niet gemaakt. Op ongeveer 1km lopen beginnen de zandduinen van Maspalomas. Prachtig strand en zee. Meestal wel veel wind soms gepaard met zandstorm. Hotel is zeer aan te bevelen maar verwacht geen luxe in de vorm van sauna, fitnesruimte en of Spa. Hiervoor kan je wel tegen betaling naar een tegenoverliggend Hotel.
