Lokalizacja nie najgorsza jeśli ma się wynajęte auto. W pobliżu bardziej przyjemna część wydm. Ośrodek sam w sobie nie najgorszy, duży plus za ciszę i spokój podczas pobytu. Niestety największy minus decydujący podczas pobytu - pokój był zatęchły, brudny, stopy brudne po 10 minutach w pokoju. Niby sprzątany codziennie… lata świetności ma już za sobą, przydałoby się doglebne pranie. Karaluch też się znalazł. Pokoje ciemne i wyposażone bardzo surowo. Wybrałabym inny hotel następnym razem.

Highly recommend this hotel! We are family of 4 with 2 children and really enjoyed our holiday here. Rooms - newly refurbished, fresh, spacious, comfy beds, fridge. Grounds - beautifully landscaped centred around the pools with everything very close. Pool - spacious clean and heated. Food - 1/2 board breakfast and dinner with everything you can imagine on offer. Plenty of chefs cooking on display so the food is hot and fresh. Staff - incredibly helpful throughout couldn’t have done any more. Our children adored the animation team who worked hard all day and always smiling. Entertainment - different everynight and not too loud / too late. Our children loved the circus act. Transport - bus stops outside the hotel or hotel will call a taxi which arrives immediately. Transport is recommended to get to a beach / town. Great place!

Muy bien cuidadas todas las instalaciones del resort. El trato de los trabajadores hicieron de nuestra estancia una experiencia inolvidable, en especial Sander (muy atento con cada detalle y amable con los niños) Las piscinas están muy bien mantenidas y la temperatura del agua es muy agradable. El servicio de limpieza de habitación es muy eficaz y eficiente. Da gusto entrar a la habitación y encontrar todo ordenado, limpio y con buen olor. El restaurante ofrece muy buena variabilidad de platos, la comida está muy bien elaborada. La distribución de los puntos de comida está muy bien pensada, es práctico e intuitivo. El gimnasio ofrece lo suficiente como para no saltarte 2 semanas de gym. Esta bien cuidado, con máquinas actualizadas, modernas, y lo mantienen bien limpio. La animación es muy buena, los muchachos se esfuerzan y tienen mucho talento. Yo como ciclista, valoro mucho tener a Free Motion en la entrada del hotel. Una comodidad inmejorable. Se encuentra aparcamiento con facilidad en frente del hotel.

Mooi groot huisjes/vakantie park, prachtig aangelegde tuinen met veel cactussen en palmen, zwembad, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij hebben een aangenaam verblijf hier met alleen ontbijt omdat we ook graag zelf buiten het complex gaan eten. Het oogt allemaal schoon en verzorgd echter zijn er wel een aantal verbeterpunten te benoemen. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid met vele keuzes voor iedereen, alleen mensen die geen varkens vlees eten hebben pech. Slechts een enkele keer ligt er kip of kalkoen bij de vleeswaren. Dat is jammer want dan ben je al gauw de hele tijd eieren of kaas aan het eten. Zeker als je niet van zoetigheid en gebak houdt. Of vette worst en spek (en bonen) als ontbijt. Daar is wel genoeg keuze in. Daarnaast, is het vaak zo dat wanneer je plaatsneemt je nog vieze tafels aantreft met kruimels en afval. De medewerkers lopen af en aan om op te ruimen maar krijgen dit niet op tijd gedaan. Wellicht personeel gebrek... sommige gasten zijn ook asociaal daarin, gooien afval in de planten bakken en laten een complete chaos achter. Misschien zou een concept met rekken waar je je servies en afval zelf moet plaatsen na het eten, een oplossing kunnen bieden hierin. Verder hebben wij gelezen in eerdere recensies dat er een kakkerlak probleem is geweest, wij hebben ze niet gezien maar wel een dode zien liggen vlakbij het terras. Ook bij het zwembad blijft het afval te lang op de tafeltjes staan, ook hierbij jammer dat mensen hun eigen zooi niet even opruimen en het personeel het niet rondkrijgt alles snel op te halen. Maar het complex zelf ziet er prachtig en netjes uit. Dat is een beetje dubbel. Maar al bij al een goed verblijf hier. Ook een indicatie: wij hebben al vaak genoeg veel meer betaald voor een verblijf in een gedateerde sta caravan op een terrassen camping in Zuid Frankrijk. Dus wij zijn dik tevreden met dit verblijf inclusief vliegen en ontbijt hier!

Udany pobyt, świetne położenie. Wróciłam z hotelu kilka dni temu i ogólnie pobyt uważam za bardzo udany. Sam obiekt ma doskonałe położenie – okolica jest cicha i spokojna, a jednocześnie bardzo sprawnie i szybko można dojść stąd do plaży oraz głównego deptaka. Otoczenie hotelu jest niezwykle czyste i zadbane, pokoje dobrze wyposażone, a cała obsługa bardzo miła. Duży plus za restaurację – jedzenie jest pyszne, z ogromnym wyborem dla każdego (nawet dla największego niejadka), a czystość w strefie gastronomicznej stoi na najwyższym poziomie.Podczas pobytu trafiła nam się niespodziewana konieczność zmiany pokoju w środku nocy. W tym miejscu chcę ogromnie podziękować pani Iwonie z recepcji, która miała wtedy dyżur – jej natychmiamstowa, serdeczna reakcja i pomoc w zorganizowaniu noclegu zastępczego były nieocenione. Rano, przy ostatecznej przeprowadzce do pokoju przy recepcji, pojawiła się kwestia dopasowania wyposażenia do opłaconego przeze mnie, wyższego standardu. Choć z początku usłyszałam w recepcji, że z przyczyn technicznych jest to „not possible”, to ostatecznie obsługa udowodniła, że niemożliwe nie istnieje. Personel świetnie wszystko rozwiązał, dzięki czemu pełen komfort został zachowany, a drobne niespodzianki z lokalną fauną, które zmusiły nas do zmiany pokoju, poszły w niepamięć. Podsumowując: hotel jest jak najbardziej okej, a podejście zespołu i całego personelu do gościa zasługuje na duże uznanie.

We’re currently half way through a week stay at the hotel and having the best time. We’re a family of 4, 2 kids age 5 and 7. The food is the best we’ve had at an all inclusive - there’s so much variety and the food that’s out is decent quality. The animation team are great, they’re super friendly and full of energy and have a good mix of things organised through the day. The only negative I’d say is firstly the restrictions with what floats can be used in the pool - I don’t see the need for this to be so strict. Some lifeguards don’t seem as fussed about implementing this ad others do seems to be your luck who’s on. The mini disco is very much directed for little toddlers, even our just turning 5 year old says it’s for ‘baby’s’ and it’s outside in the garden which is different from Other mini discos we’ve been to that is great fun for their age. I feel there’s maybe a little something lacking for my kids age group - the wee tots are living their best life here tho and if I had a younger one I’d run back here.
