First impressions were really quite spectacular. Hotel is stunning, has a roof bar and pool as well as the main pool surrounded by plenty of loungers. Staff were very friendly and professional. After a couple of nights into our stay we sadly had to make a complaint about the cleanliness of the room. This may have simply been an oversight but my wife and I had to raise this to the guest experience team. The team were very calm and dealt with our complaint respectfully and wanted to ensure that we were happy with the outcome - which we were. We also had breakfast at Tigotan every morning which was very good and had a wide variety to suit all. Overall we all had a very enjoyable stay. An extra special mention and thank you to Pablo and Erika who both went above and beyond to make sure that we were looked after. Marks have not been knocked off for the complaint because I believe it's fair to give the service a chance which I have done. Despite that I would fully recommend staying here. Yes, it may be a more expensive package holiday as such but then drinks were well priced, location was excellent and once again staff were amazing. Hope to see you all again.

Love our trip to the hotel. Our room is stunning and freshly renovated. The staff are all incredible. Managers coming to check in on how our stay is going and are quick to help with anything required to make our stay as relaxing as possible and they have great recommendations for activities outside the hotel. When we come for dinner Aby and Huan are always prompt in getting our drinks, clearing plates and again very friendly. David the chef makes us smile ever more with his cheery disposition and always up for chatting. Rachel who is in the executive club is again bright and friendly. Says hello everyday and very attentive with us. We would definitely come back and have recommended to our friends.

I stayed here solo and had an absolutely fantastic time. In my opinion, the Tigotan Hotel could easily be rated a 5-star hotel based on the sheer quality of everything they offer. I've already recommended it to all my family and friends! Here is what made my stay so memorable: The Food: Simply superb. The quality, variety, and live cooking stations were top-tier. Honestly, the food inside the hotel was much better quality than almost all the restaurants I tried outside. The Rooms: Newly renovated, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable for a solo traveler. Outstanding Service: The staff is very pleasant and goes above and beyond. On my last day, they kindly gave me access to a courtesy room so I could refresh and shower before my flight, which was a massive help. The Rooftop: The rooftop bar with the infinity pool is an incredible experience—perfect for relaxing with a view. Value: On top of everything, any add-ons or extras had a very reasonable and affordable price. An absolute gem. Whether you are traveling alone or with others, this place is highly recommended! 🌟🏊‍♂️🍹

Hola buenas noches soy Paula My stay at Hotel Tigotan was excellent. It truly feels like a five-star hotel. Everything was spotless and exceeded my expectations. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and a quality that felt worthy of a Michelin-star restaurant. I would also like to thank all the staff, who were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was wonderful, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights was relaxing by the pool while enjoying the stunning sea views. It was the perfect place to unwind. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Tigotan to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

Queríamos celebrar nuestro aniversario y elegimos este hotel como referencia, pasamos unos días inolvidables, era nuestra primera experiencia en este hotel, quedamos encantados con todo en general: proceso de reserva, habitación elegida con unas vistas preciosas, todos el establecimiento destaca por su limpieza y un buen ambiente que se respira de satisfacción y tranquilidad. La limpieza de habitación diaria excelente, piscinas perfectas y la (infinity - preciosa y romántica). El servicio en general excelente siempre pendiente de cualquier detalle con atención cercana y eficiente, Lucille su servicio durante la cena siempre pendiente de nosotros . El equipo de dirección muy cercano y atentos, nuestro agradecimiento a ellos, por el detalle que tuvieron el día de nuestro aniversario . Con respecto a la parte gastronómica muy buena en presentación, calidad y sabores. El equipo de animación muy implicados con los clientes, desde la mañana y durante todo el día con variedad de actividades y las fiestas muy buenas. Se lo trabajan muy buenos! hacen que estemos activamente pendientes para participar en las actividades. Sin duda un hotel muy recomendable al que volveremos. Unos días simplemente perfectos. Estuvimos tan a gusto que todos los días que pasamos no salimos del hotel por la noche, porque siembre había fiestas. La seguridad del sistema de recepción por la noche muy bien.

Entertainment staff are amazing and do an amazing job at getting everyone up to do activities. Special shoutout to Mike who is very nice and a great laugh. Unfortunately the "Sunbed policy" is not enforced enough and the majority of the time people are reserving the nice sunbeds in front of the pool for 2+ hours without being there, which is really annoying when your at the pool all morning. Other than that we would 100% recommend this hotel , breakfast is good too.
