Great boutique hotel. Very welcoming receptionists, all speaking excellent English. Chilled water with fruit in entrance is very welcome when returning after a spell of sightseeing. Breakfast staff very accommodating. Good selection of continental breakfast and eggs cooked to order. Also received a voucher for a glass of Cava. They advised if we joined the Catalonia reward scheme we would get a 10% off food and drinks, and 5% off breakfast. Rooms were very quiet, you don’t hear sirens outside or doors closing inside. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains.

Terrific hotel in a great location, right in the heart of Madrid. Easy walks to the museums, Botanical Gardens, Retiro. Lots of great restaurants nearby. A lovely breakfast and also a bar and afternoon snacks. Perhaps most important: every single employee, from the wonderful woman at the bar to the housekeepers to reception were friendly and make you feel like they are glad you are there. That level of consistency is rare.

This is an excellent hotel in a location that surrounded by very good restaurants and bars. It is also within walking distance of good shopping areas and major cultural experiences. The staff at the hotel are outstanding and cannot do enough to ensure your stay is of the highest quality. The check in staff are efficient, friendly and keen to help. The rooms are of a high standard and are maintained by excellent house keeping staff. As with all the staff, the restaurant staff are thoughtful, friendly and very helpful and provide a wide variety of choice at breakfast. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you are visiting Madrid. 25 minutes from the airport and surrounded by all the amenities you would want. Good time guaranteed.

This was our fourth time staying at this wonderful hotel, and it never fails to exceed our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed back with such warmth and professionalism that it truly felt like coming home. The staff here is absolutely exceptional, they are attentive, friendly, and always go the extra mile to make sure every detail of our stay is perfect. It’s rare to find such a consistent level of high-quality service over several years. The rooms are always clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the overall experience is just seamless. We are already looking forward to our next stay 😜 Highly recommended.

This hotel was perfection! The location was central yet very quiet. The staff always welcoming and helpful. And the property itself, magnificent! A former castle beautifully restored. Our suite was very clean and well appointed with the largest bed I’ve ever seen. So comfortable that we had a hard time leaving to explore the city. The free snacks at tea time were a nice bonus. Lovely breakfast buffet. Well done all the way around!

El hotel es muy bonito, pero, por desgracia, el wifi no funcionó en ningún momento durante los tres días que estuve allí. Lo comuniqué dos veces, pero no hicieron nada para solucionarlo, así que al final me rendí. La opción de transmitir contenido a la televisión tampoco funciona. Cuando pregunté, me dijeron que llevaba mucho tiempo sin funcionar. A pesar de ello, siguen dejando la opción disponible, haciendo que los huéspedes pierdan mucho tiempo intentando conectarse antes de descubrir que no funciona.
