Hemos disfrutado de una estancia inoblidable en Vincci la Plantación del Sur, gracias sobretodo, a la calidad humana de su equipo. Queremos agradecer especialmente El trato recibido por Sara,cuya atención, cercania yprofesionalidad hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún mas especial. La habitación Junior Suite ,con vistas al oceano, fue excelente; amplia, cómoda y muy cuidada. Tanto las instalaciones, así como el desayuno y cena destacaron por su calidad y variedad. Los jardines y piscinas impecables y muy agradables . Sin duda, volveremos a Vincci la Plantación del Sur. Gracias equipo Vincci!

Hotel spettacolare. Accoglienza calorosa, professionale e veloce. Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti e 7 giorni con auto parcheggiata. Le camere sono spaziosissime con un arredo molto bello, raffinato e soprattutto funzionale. Noi avevamo il patio che si affacciava verso l'oceano con il giardino di fronte curatissimo. Abbiamo scelto il letto matrimoniale e ci è stato riservato. Grande e molto comodo. Il bagno aveva la stanza wc e la stanza doccia e poi due lavelli e una grande vasca, stupendo. Tutto fornito dallo sciampo, al sapone, alla crema corpo come alla maschera per i capelli. L'asciugacapelli era davvero un buon elettrodomestico. Ovviamente spazzolino, dentifricio, spugna e molto altro. Teli bagno ampissimi ed in più ciabatte e accappatoi. Il frigo bar era fornitissimo con ogni tipo di bevande. Ringrazio la famiglia Vincci per il biglietto di auguri lasciatomi in camera corredato di macaron e prosecco per il mio compleanno. Le camere vengono controllate e rigovernare più volte al giorno e a sera passano per un cioccolatino e un biglietto per un buon riposo. Un particolare ringraziamento anche al ragazzo italiano dell'accoglienza, gentilissimo, professionale e molto accogliente. Comunque tutti i camerieri sono stati a dir poco perfetti. Sorridenti, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Infinitamente pazienti e affettuosi con i bimbi. Il salone ristorante a buffet è mitico. Partendo dai prodotti proposti di alto livello e seguendo, come tutto è curato e mantenuto pulito, in ordine e sempre rifornito in modo meticoloso con una velocità incredibile. Dolcissimo l'angolo riservato ai bimbi, dove si possono trovare piatti, posate, bicchieri nonché giochini per un utilizzo dedicato proprio agli ospiti più piccoli. Buffo e divertente, il piccolo robot che aiuta i camerieri in sala, munito di sensori per non urtare ospiti o mobili e di un piccolo schermo che lo rende interattivo con diverse espressioni....riesce anche a farti la 👅 se lo importuni! 😆 Troppo simpatico! Tutte le sere propongono serate a tema, tenendo sempre una linea base per dare una scelta proprio per tutti i gusti. Inoltre c'è sempre un intrattenimento canoro musicale, non invadente che rende tutto molto coinvolgente e romantico. Saloni ampissimi, arredati in modo molto elegante. Ci sono tantissime piscine, dislocate per tutti il meraviglioso giardino. Tutte corredate di lettini con grandi teli spugna e sedie o in alternativa altri punti relax dove sostare. In tutta l'area esterna spuntano dei totem di legno con pulsante per chiamare un cameriere, comodissimo. Insomma un hotel che ha studiato e ha adottato tantissimi accorgimenti e dettagli per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile. Grazie mille per il bellissimo soggiorno!

Ganz unten; unsere Kritik: Anreise: Nur wenige Autominuten (+- 15 Minuten) vom TFS entfernt, gelangt man mit einem Mietwagen sehr entspannt zur der etwas höher gelegenen Anlage. In der Tiefgarage sind ausreichend viele Parkplätze. Das Personal der Rezeption war stets freundlich. Das trifft auf alle Mitarbeiter der Anlage zu. Zimmer: Wir hatten eine Gartenvilla mit Whirpool und seitlichem Meerblick (aufgrund von Bebauung). Das Zimmer ist großartig. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Das Bett und das Kissenbuffet sind besonders hervorzuheben. Der abendliche Zimmerservice kam teilweise vor der Öffnungszeit des Abendbuffets, sodass man sich noch im Zimmer befand und der Service nicht richtig stattfinden konnte. Essen: Das Frühstücksbüffet ist der Wahnsinn. Frische Säfte, Eier-Station, Quarkstation, britisches Frühstück, europäisches Frühstück usw. Bei dem Abendbuffet ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Mitarbeiter achten stets darauf, dass die Auslage sauber und gefüllt ist. Insbesondere der Herr, welcher einem den Tisch zuteilt ist äußerst freundlich. Anlage & Einrichtungen: Es gibt genügend Poollandschaften. Insbesondere der Erwachsenenpool ist wunderschön unterhalb von Palmen angelegt und umrandet mit balinesischen Betten, sowie ausreichend Liegen. Der Pool ist wunderbar beheizt. Für einen Euro kann man in einem Raum im Haupthaus Billard, Air Hockey oder Kicker spielen. Ein Shuttle würde einen 2x am Tag zum Strand bringen. Fußläufig ist dieser circa 12-15 min entfernt. (Achtung Steigung und Gefälle) Kritik: Leider sind die Gäste eine negative Rezension wert. Manchen Gästen fiel der abendliche Dresscode des Restaurants sichtlich schwer. Dabei wird kein Schickimicki-Hexenwerk gefordert. In dem Erwachsenenpool befanden sich regelmäßig Kinder. Mehrere Hinweisschilder wurden ignoriert. Es gab eigentlich ausreichend Poolangebot. Die anwesenden Kellner intervenierten sowieso nicht. Der Pool-Guard intervenierte manchmal. Manchmal konnte ich beobachten, dass er die Menschen unter 16 Jahren anwies, den Pool zu verlassen. Meistens jedoch ging er in seiner Kontrollrunde vorbei, schaute kurz hinab und ging weiter. Gleiches inkonsequente und halbherzige Verhalten zeigte sich bei den täglichen Reservierungen der Poolliegen. Mehrere Hinweisschilder untersagen das Reservieren von Liegen über 30 Minuten und die Sanktion, dass die Sachen entfernt werden. 7 Tage lang konnte ich die Reservierung von Liegen in der ersten Reihe der einzelnen Pools, sowie der balinesischen Betten des Erwachsenenpools beobachten. Bis 09:00 Uhr/ 09:30 Uhr waren ein Großteil der begehrten Liegen reserviert mit Handtüchern und Taschen. Ein Mitarbeiter verteilte foliierte Hinweiskarten, welche durch die zurückkehrenden Gäste einfach zur Seite gelegt wurden. Na was soll denn auch passieren? Der Mitarbeiter, welcher die Karten noch vor der offiziellen „Öffnung“ des Pools verteilte, sammelte teilweise die Handtücher und Taschen der reservierten Liegen ein, jedoch lies er 8 von 10 Liegen im Schnitt aus. Hier zeigt sich erneut das inkonsequente Handeln der Angestellten. Als der Pool-Guard seine Arbeit gegen 09:30 Uhr/10:00 Uhr aufnahm, mussten ihn 3 unterschiedliche Gäste auf die Reservierung von drei balinesischen Betten aufmerksam machen. Erst dann entfernte er die foliierten Mahnkarten, entfernte die Gegenstände der Gäste, sodass die neuen Gäste Platz nehmen konnten. Das ist ein Verhalten, welches eines 5-Sterne Hauses nicht würdig ist. Nun scheinen die Art von Gästen jedoch da zu sein… demnach würde ich mir mehr Konsequenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Ordnung wünschen. Wir persönlich konnten uns in unser Zimmer zurückziehen. Die Leute, welche dennoch einen Haufen an Geld für ein Zimmer im Haupthaus ausgeben und die Ruhe und Ordnung eines 5-Sterne Hauses suchen, sich nicht in eine der Villen zurückziehen können, sollten sich dessen bewusst sein.

This is our third visit to Vincci Selection La Plantation Del sur and we were not disappointed. Staff are so lovely and always happy to help with anything. Rooms lovely food is amazing. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel and family orientated. Great children's club with enthusiastic staff who adore children. The spa is fabulous and very relaxing. Near the beach and other amenities so good location as well. We had a day at the water park which the family loved. All staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, Sergio was lovely and our waiter fantastic. We requested a treat for my son and his wife’s wedding anniversary and the hotel were amazing flowers macaroons champagne and balloons just great. Would highly recommend this for a family holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, always smiling, kind and approachable which made us feel very welcome from the start. We felt relaxed and comfortable throughout our visit. Both breakfast and lunch offered a wide and abundant selection of delicious food with plenty of choices for everyone. The rooms were clean and well maintained which added to the overall positive experience. We were completely satisfied with everything, including the atmosphere and the attention to detail. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about the guests comfort. We would happily return anytime and highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.🥰🥰🥰

Una estancia excepcional en todos los sentidos. El hotel destaca no solo por sus variadas y cómodas instalaciones, sino por la calidad humana de su equipo. La atención es cercana, auténtica y constante en cada detalle. Nunca faltaron sonrisas y eso es fiel reflejo del hotel y su personal. Mención especial para Gabi en recepción, cuya profesionalidad y amabilidad marcan la diferencia desde el primer momento, y para Sara de Guest Experience, siempre atenta, elevando aún más la experiencia. Este nivel se mantiene en todo el personal: spa, restaurantes, recepción y housekeeping, donde se percibe un compromiso real con el bienestar del huésped. La ubicación es excelente, ideal para desconectar con tranquilidad pero con todo al alcance. Además, el hotel ofrece una amplia variedad de restaurantes que permiten disfrutar de distintas propuestas gastronómicas sin salir del recinto. El desayuno es sobresaliente, con gran calidad y variedad, y la cena buffet es completísima y cambia a diario, lo que hace que cada noche sea diferente. El spa es simplemente increíble: cuidado, completo y perfectamente gestionado, un auténtico punto fuerte del hotel que invita a relajarse y desconectar por completo. A esto se suma la comodidad de contar con múltiples piscinas y abundantes reposeras siempre disponibles, lo que permite disfrutar sin preocupaciones. En conjunto, el hotel es un fiel reflejo del estandarte de Vincci Hoteles: excelencia en el servicio, atención al detalle y una experiencia cuidada de principio a fin. En definitiva, un Hotel al que estamos con ansias de volver pronto para disfrutar y desconectar de nuevo. Gracias por todo!
