Wir waren das 1. Mal in diesem Hotel ,ich hab noch nie so ein sauberes hotel erlebt. Täglich werden die Zimmer gereinigt und täglich die Handtücher gewechselt. Für den pool gibt es hotel eigene Handtücher. Essen war mega. Tolle Steaks vom Grill. Im ganzen Haus, in der gesamten Anlage wird rund um die Uhr gereinigt. .Es ist ein mega schönes Hotel .Wir kommen wieder auf jeden Fall

Estuve con mi marido la semana pasada y todo estuvo genial, ubicación, comida, limpieza, personal... Todo excelente. El único pero que pondría es el de la hora de la cena, si fuera por lo menos hasta las 21'30 sería perfecto pero bueno, cuando fuimos ya lo sabíamos, nos adaptamos sin problema. Un lugar para repetir seguro.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ¡Una estancia de 10! Ha sido una experiencia fantástica de principio a fin. Lo que más destacaría, sin duda, es la profesionalidad y cercanía de todo el equipo del hotel, que consigue que te sientas como en casa desde el primer momento. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Víctor y Airam por su atención en los bares, siempre con una sonrisa y pendientes de todo; a Octavio y Moisés por su eficacia y amabilidad en administración; y a Toñi y Gloria, que hacen que cada servicio en el restaurante sea impecable. También mi reconocimiento a la responsable del equipo de limpieza (perdón por no recordar el nombre) y a todas las camareras de pisos, porque las habitaciones estaban siempre perfectas. La oferta gastronómica merece una mención aparte. Tanto el desayuno como el almuerzo ofrecen muchísima variedad y productos de calidad, y las cenas temáticas hacen que cada noche sea diferente y muy entretenida. Otro de los grandes aciertos del hotel es la zona del ático. El jacuzzi, acompañado del bar y de un ambiente muy agradable con buena música, es el lugar perfecto para relajarse al caer la tarde. Además, las instalaciones están muy completas, con spa, sauna, gimnasio al aire libre y varias piscinas, por lo que siempre hay algo que hacer. La ubicación también es excelente, ya que permite desplazarse fácilmente a los principales puntos de interés de la zona. En definitiva, un hotel muy recomendable que destaca tanto por sus instalaciones como, sobre todo, por la calidad humana de las personas que trabajan en él. Sin duda, volveremos.

I am giving this hotel 2 stars solely because of the behavior of one staff member. I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, so my review is based on a full week’s experience rather than a short visit. On Tuesday, 16 June, at approximately 23:15, I brought a guest to the Rooftop bar. A very polite waiter welcomed us and informed us that we could order drinks and pay directly there. However, when we went to the bar to place our order, the lady working there was extremely rude. Instead of politely explaining the guest policy, she immediately treated the situation as if I was trying to do something inappropriate and made me feel embarrassed in front of my guest. The way she spoke to us was unprofessional and unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Afterwards, I spoke with the gentleman at the reception desk that night. He was polite, professional, and handled the situation respectfully. He explained that the bar is reserved for hotel guests only. That is completely understandable, and I fully respect the hotel’s rules. The problem was never the policy itself, but the way it was communicated by the bar employee. Apart from this incident, I also feel that the hotel does not fully justify its price. The rooms are showing their age, and the spa facilities were rather disappointing compared to what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The receptionist on duty that night deserves credit for his professionalism. Unfortunately, the behavior of the bar employee left such a negative impression that it overshadowed the rest of my stay and is the main reason for this rating.

Mi experiencia con el hotel es muy buena. Cogimos una suite.Habitaciones muy chulas y limpieza diaria muy buena. El buffet es variado tienes varias temáticas nocturnas hasta con barbacoa pero lo único que no me gustó fue el horario del mismo ya que está acomodado al cliente de este hotel que suele ser extranjero. Tanto desayuno como cena están hechas para los famosos “guiris” tienes que adaptarte un poquito a ello pero el hotel en sí está muy chulo y la atención inmejorable

Wir waren bereits zum vierten Mal im Hotel und das jeweils für drei Wochen und können sagen ,es waren drei herrliche erholsame Wochen . Das gesamte Personal war stets bestrebt den Wünschen zu entsprechen was auch meist gelungen ist. Die Vepflegung war hervorragend, stets alles frisch , die Speisen wie Fleisch und Fisch können ausgesucht werden und werden gegrillt nach den eigenen Wünschen zubereitet. Wenn es die Gesundheit erlaubt werden wir auch nächstes Jahr drei Wochen im Suite Hotel verbringen und uns dort verwöhnen lassen😁. Was noch zu bemerken ist die einzigartige Lage. DerWeg zum Strand ist über die Promenade in ca200 m erreichbar. Nochmals ein dickes Dankeschön an das gesamte Personal und auf ein gesundes Wiedersehen im nächster Jahr. Walter und Bärbel
