El servicio recibido en este hotel ha sido muy deficiente desde el primer momento. Llegamos sobre las 20:00h con la reserva ya pagada y, al subir a la habitación, nos encontramos con un fuerte olor a humedad y un ambiente cerrado muy desagradable. El baño presentaba el cristal con gotas y una limpieza claramente insuficiente. Para nuestra sorpresa, al utilizar el armario encontramos una bolsa con embutidos y otros alimentos de anteriores huéspedes, lo que demuestra una falta grave de limpieza. Bajamos inmediatamente a recepción para comunicarlo. En lugar de ofrecernos una solución real en ese momento, la respuesta inicial fue simplemente que “ya lo había anotado para la gobernanta”, sin dar una atención adecuada. Nos asignaron otra habitación, pero el problema continuó: también estaba sucia y las camas resultaban muy incómodas. En ningún momento sentimos que se nos ofreciera una solución efectiva ni una atención acorde a la situación. En general, el servicio ha sido muy pobre y la gestión del problema muy poco profesional, priorizando registrar la incidencia antes que resolverla.

Seguimos alojados en este hotel. La limpieza deja mucho que desear en las habitaciones,el Ac está noche no iba,un calor terrible,aunque las otras noches si,y sobre todo,el tema de piscina un escándalo,a pesar de que se prohíbe tirarse al agua a lo burro,meter flotadores etc...la piscina está llena de niños haciendo el burro,y llena de flotadores,apenas puedes bañarte tranquilamente. La comida del todo incluido no está mal,y el personal es amable,al igual que el hotel está en buena ubicación a un paso de la playa,pero el tema de la piscina se carga todo,espero que puedan cambiarlo a mejor.

Short: I absolutely don't recommend this hotel, especially with children. It's very noisy, and quite far from clean (meaning the pools too). Longer: We stayed here for a week, they forgot to mention that there is always a lot of high school football teams accomodated here. They are loud, and often rude, and by the way I paid way too much for this, to be ok with it. The food is repetitive, by the end of the week it's quite hard to choose from. Every night there is loud partying between park I and park II buildings, and the sound is echoing between the blocks, makes it hard to sleep before 11 p.m.(again for children it's not ok). This shouldn't be a problem if the balcony doors would keep the noise out, like the ones that was standard like 20 years ago. 2 positive things: the crew had 3 very friendly members, and the beach was close. Overall, this hotel would never pass as a 4 star hotel in other countries, in reality more like 2.

I would have given 3.5 stars but half’s do not exist so I opted for 3 which I believe is a fair rating due to what I reveal below. I would say the hotel was good overall place to stay. However, I’m giving 3 stars because I went all inclusive and the food wasn’t really the best! The chicken and fish were very bland (and I’m a meat eater) so I had to skip a few choices that I would usually prefer for dinner… It was repeated choice’s with slight changes here and there and some of the food wasn’t at the standard I would have expected from a hotel charging the prices they do. Other than that the service was good, the staff were welcoming, the hotels entertainment was not the greatest either. It was more of a family atmosphere in a room next to the bar and pool side where a girl plays songs and does bingo and occasionally invites some performers to dance with some karaoke. The drinks were cheap imitations with the all inclusive deal. So don’t expect real alcohol names. They were all copy equivalent’s. The gym was limited, the spa room was ok but extra charge. But the view from the hotel is what attracted my attention - a sea view from the balcony did not disappoint!

Pues la cama cómoda la almohada cómoda, la habitación amplia está limpia buenas vistas en aire acondicionado funciona bien y no es muy ruidoso me halógeno no estaba planta y he estado muy tranquilo sin ruidos. Lo único la música ambiente del Hotel por la tarde noche hasta las 11 11:30 y luego por los gritos de la gente en la calle, por lo demás muy bien.

We are right now here on our honeymoon and everything is really perfect so far. The barkeepers are very nice and kind all the time. Special shout out to Alex 😁 ! The cleaning ladys are also very considerate and cleaning later if its neccesary. Thanks to all the Team for this perfect experience .❤️
