Just back from this lovely hotel today 26th Aug 2026. Positive things are - Great Front Desk Staff, Cleaners - Amazing, Food Great variety and Staff in all Food Areas and Bar Areas were Amazing too. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Bars Shops Tavernas all near by. Eating out Reasonably Priced. The only negative we had was on the last day....instead of leaving with a Positive Happy Feeling....we found the Staff at the Spa Area....Slightly abrupt. We had arranged for the shower area at a certain time - which was granted....but informed there was No Hair Dryer or room for one...which was un true as there could easily have been a socket put in there and Air Con was Absolutely None Existent!!!! I left the hotel feeling let down and Untidy going for our flight home.....definitely put a dampener on the last day. I have Never Not had a Hair Dryer in any changing room especially in a 4 star. You definitely need to look into this.

We attended this resort as part of a TUI package due to my cousin getting married at the resort. Upon arrival, the reception staff were very welcoming albeit we arrived around 03:00am. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet and definitely a welcoming place. Once we checked in, we discovered that the cleaners/room making up staff had already prepared 2 bottles of water and some sandwiches and local snacks which were very welcoming after a delayed flight and a long transfer. The rooms were absolutely spotless throughout and the cleaning maids were more than helpful, changing the towels daily, cleaning the room and mopping the floor. The rooms also came well equipped with large smart TV, USB-C charging ports in the wall and all the lights were connected to a touch screen pad on the wall next to the bed. As was the ability to put Do Not Disturb or please make up room so it shows outside the room for the cleaners. The food and restaurant was incredible, was very clean and food was always fresh with a wide variety. The waiting staff were incredibly efficient, friendly and would get to know your orders and really go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed as did the bar staff. The all inclusive wrist bands cover up until 23:00 at night for food and drink, and then you have to pay. Which wasn't an issue as they had made us aware of this when we arrived. The actual wedding itself that we were travelling for. All the staff were impeccably presentable, very helpful with all the wedding proceedings and were very accomodating. The resort itself backs onto the beach, you go down the stairs and you're there which is very much needed if you fancy a walk during the day or in the evening. There is not much around the hotel directly regarding shops or bars, however a taxi/bolt is only around 4/5euros each way or roughly a 10 min walk along the beach and then up into the town. You can also do car hire from the hotel which is considerably cheaper than other car hire places and they drop off and pick up the car from the hotel. This is very beneficial if you want to explore around or get out of the complex. We went into Ayia Napa for the stag and hen do which is only around 25 mins from the resort by Bolt/Taxi and costs around 25-31euros each way Overall it is a great hotel, the only thing that is to let it down, which is by no means any of the hotel staff is the location of the hotel is a bit on the quiet side and tucked out the way.

Just got back from spending four nights here for a wedding. Hotel is stunning and clean. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. The wheelchair access around the complex was excellent, lots of ramps and lifts so it is easier to get around and go down to the private beach. The variety of food and desserts were excellent and all tasted great. Tried every cocktail on the menu as we had all inclusive. Pool was lovely and clean and so were the rooms. Already looking to book and go again next year. Definitely recommend!!

This hotel delivers an absolutely flawless vacation for families seeking both relaxation and entertainment. The staff is super nice, rooms are spacious and well equipped. Variety of food is served every day and is very fresh and delicious. The beach is perfect for kids as the sea is shallow for a long way from the shore. Very fun shows are organized each night after kids mini disco and we enjoyed them so much. We stayed for 8 nights and leave tomorrow but we will be back for sure!

We had our wedding at the Golden Coast Beach hotel 1 week ago and the whole experience was amazing. The staff are lovely and could not do enough for us, rooms very clean and nice, food lovely and location perfect. Was that good we extended our stay by 4 days. I cannot praise our wedding planner Felicity enough. She was outstanding and helped us plan our perfect day with ease and made it stress free on the run up and throughout our special day with her warm and caring presence. Thank you Felicity and thank you golden coast for an experience we will never forget. Love The Aikens ❤️

It was my first time in this hotel and everything was perfect. The people who work there are all very friendly. Lots of possibilities about food. Close to the beach and lots of other nice places easy to go. Thank you for the nice time.
