Me and my girlfriend had a very good experience with this hotel, this was my first time and Tenerife and her 5th, both of us were very happy with the hotel and agreed it was the right choice. The animation team are amazing, always keeping a good atmosphere, talking with you, playing cards etc, we enjoyed talking with Arda and Valisu. They put lots of effort into the evening entertainment, practising dances for Michael Jackson tributes, grease and mama Mia nights, you could tell they really care about the entertainment. There’s a lobby bar with live music every night and a pool bar with entertainment every night, music, dances, karaoke etc so there’s something to do every night. There’s plenty of activities throughout the day to keep you busy. (Pool volleyball, ping pong, pool table games, shuffle board, bowls etc) All hotel staff were nice, on arrival we receive a welcome drink, when I asked for an iron for the room i received it straight away, room was cleaned everyday to a good standard. The food was very good, there was plenty to choose from and always tasted amazing. The room was perfect for us, I would recommend a pool view room, the views are amazing and you can watch the entertainment from your balcony if you want an early night. The only thing that we found was the air con being slightly weak in the room, it wasn’t bad but it did get very hot when getting ready for dinner.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There’s a reason we come back twice a year, every year! What can I say about this hotel? There’s a reason we’ve returned twice a year, every year — it really is that good. The food is outstanding, with plenty of choice and consistently great quality. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and extremely well looked after, and the staff throughout are absolutely amazing. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and you’re always made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive. But for us, there are two people who deserve a very special mention: Alex and Simon from the animation team. These two genuinely take the hotel from excellent to perfect. Their energy is unbelievable, and they go above and beyond every single day to make sure guests are having the best possible holiday. What makes them particularly special is that they don’t just focus on the children — they make just as much effort with the adults too, getting everyone involved and creating such a brilliant atmosphere around the hotel. They remember people, make time for everyone and somehow manage to keep that same level of energy and enthusiasm day after day. You can tell they genuinely care about guests having a fantastic time rather than simply doing a job. Our kids absolutely love them, we love them, and they are a huge part of the reason the hotel feels so special to us. Amazing food, immaculate hotel, fantastic staff and an animation team that really is second to none. Alex and Simon — you are absolute stars and a massive credit to the hotel. 🌟 We already can’t wait to come back again!

Really good family trip. Food was excellent and staff were almost all fantastic. Excellent pools. Dropping 1 star for 4 things: 1) decor - really needs to be better in bedrooms and corridors; 2) staff on reception desk - staff didn’t even ask us if we had a good stay when we checked out, 1 person was good but the rest were unhelpful all week; 3) air conditioning - our room (admittedly top floor) never went below 23C and was mostly around 24-25C; 4) we knew it would be lively but the night show is so loud don’t bother to try and sleep before 22:45. Otherwise really good - thanks for looking after us!

We recently stayed at the Iberostar Wave Las Dalias and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the hotel and the standard of service. What We Loved Exceptional Staff: The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the team. Every single member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Spacious & Spotless Rooms: Our room was fantastic—very spacious with plenty of room to relax, and kept spotlessly clean throughout our entire stay. Excellent Dining: The food was a massive highlight. There was an excellent variety at every meal with plenty of choices to suit everyone, all beautifully prepared and fresh. Great Facilities: The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything you need for a comfortable, fun, and relaxing holiday. The Verdict: We can’t fault our time here. Between the brilliant service, great food, and comfortable accommodations, we would highly recommend Las Dalias to anyone looking for a brilliant getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed here for nine nights, it was the first stay for my partner, my daughter and myself but my parents have been here twice before and I can see why they continue to return. The hotel is excellent, the food is different every night with different national themes. Plenty of free ice cream too which is great for the kids. The kids club is fantastic too. The most important part, and most impressive part for me was the staff. The entertainment staff are so lovely and friendly and were fantastic with my daughter. ¡Mucho gusto to Szymon, Ines, Saúl y todo equipo! The pools are fantastic, there are three pools all close together and we often sat next to the baby/kids pool for my daughter. While there we often chatted with the lifeguard Ivan who was incredibly friendly, funny and helpful, he was a highlight of our holiday and helped me practice mi Español. ¡Cinco estrellas para Ivan, el mejor de mundo! Highly recommend this hotel for families, we will definitely come back next year and beyond :)

Me and my friends stayed in the hotel from the 1-7th June. All the staff were lovely and welcoming and ensured needs were met! Big shout out to the entertainment team and bar team! We loved Aqua Zumba with Alba! Would stay again!
