Un excellent séjour en famille Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au H10 Costa Adeje Palace et nous avons finalement été agréablement surpris par cet hôtel. L’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et particulièrement adapté aux familles. La piscine et les toboggans ont énormément plu à nos enfants, et nous avons nous-mêmes beaucoup apprécié les installations. C’est vraiment agréable de pouvoir passer une journée entière à l’hôtel sans avoir besoin de chercher constamment des activités à l’extérieur. Le mini-club est un vrai plus. Notre enfant s’y est beaucoup amusé et cela nous a permis de profiter tranquillement de la piscine avec notre plus petit. Les enfants ont également adoré les animations et la mini-disco, ainsi que les spectacles proposés chaque soir. Il y avait toujours quelque chose à faire et une vraie ambiance familiale. Nous tenons également à souligner la gentillesse du personnel. Tout le monde a été très agréable, mais nous avons particulièrement apprécié le personnel du restaurant, toujours souriant, serviable et attentionné. Nous repartons avec une très bonne impression et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe du H10 Costa Adeje Palace pour ce beau séjour et votre accueil. ❤️

We have just got back from a fantastic week in this beautiful hotel. The staff are amazing and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and modern, really clean and the beds are comfortable and massive. The air-conditioning works really well, which was a welcome relief from the heat. The main bar areas were beautifully decorated, we mainly used the piano bar, but there were loads of other places to sit and get a drink. The views from the rooftop bar were beautiful and there was entertainment on outside and also in the piano bar too. The choice of pools and where to sunbathe was great. There are loads of sunbeds all day long around all the pools and a few different outside bars in the day to get drinks and food. The restaurants had a great choice of food and so did the pool bar. We chose to try the Italian and Teppanyaki restaurants. We loved the Italian but not the Teppanyaki. The hotel is a good 20 minute walk to any bars and shops, but it is a beautiful walk along the front overlooking the beaches. Only a few negatives to mention. When you check out, your All inclusive stops at 12pm, which i thought was cheeky, especially when we arrived very late the first day, so you don't get your full 7 days AI. There was no kettle in our room and you have to rent a kettle if you want a cuppa which I find crazy at a 4 star hotel. At breakfast there are no teaspoons for a tea or coffee, so you need to fish out the teabag with a knife or fork, again, not great for a quality hotel. These are silly little negatives, but could easily be rectified. We had an amazing holiday and we would recommend it to others.

A beautiful hotel located in a quiet location right next to the promenade and the black sand beach. The rooms are comfortable, tidy and nicely furnished. The hotel itself has several restaurants, meals included with accommodation are buffet style, with a special offer of traditional, international, Asian and other cuisine. A large selection of food for vegetarians and vegans, allergy sufferers, etc. There was a rich entertainment program until late in the evening, morning yoga, exercises in the pool, entertaining shows and performances in the evening, etc. A large selection of entertainment for smaller children from two amusement parks, etc. There are 9 pools on offer, the largest of which has a sea view. The only complaint is that despite the notice that sun loungers are not allowed to be occupied, most of them did so by leaving towels on a large number of sun loungers, so we were without a single place to lie down for two days.

Un séjour inoubliable – Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à l'hôtel H10 ! L'établissement est magnifique et impeccablement entretenu, mais c'est avant tout la qualité exceptionnelle du personnel qui rend cet endroit unique. Un grand merci à toutes les équipes pour leur gentillesse, leur réactivité et leur professionnalisme au quotidien. Quelques mentions très spéciales qui ont marqué notre séjour : Le Service Client : Une équipe au top, toujours disponible et d'une grande aide, avec une attention toute particulière pour Daniel dont la bienveillance, l'implication et le sourire ont fait toute la différence. Le Petit-Déjeuner à La Tosca : Un régal chaque matin ! Un immense merci à Kataline pour sa douceur, ses attentions et son accueil si chaleureux dès le réveil. Le Bar & Cocktails : Bravo à l'équipe du bar pour leur super énergie, leur ambiance conviviale et leurs cocktails créatifs simplement excellents. Le Personnel d'Étage / Ménage : Merci pour le travail formidable accompli en coulisses. La chambre était toujours d'une propreté irréprochable et tellement accueillante. Un grand bravo à la direction et à l'ensemble du personnel pour ce sens de l'hospitalité remarquable. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir !

Me and my sister just got back from a 9 night holiday at this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. Right from first glance stepping into reception we were in love, and the receptionist who checked us in (I didn't catch her name *reddish/plum dyed hair*) was so lovely, welcoming and friendly. She explained to us all the facilities and gave us a QR code for all the other information should we need it in depth in our own time. The room was ready from 3pm but we got our bands immediately so we could have lunch/use the hotel straight away. A porter even carried both of our suircases for us to the room so we didn't lift a finger! Our room was perfect and we even had a sea view which was unexpected! The whole hotel is spotless, many pools and areas to relax, beautifully maintained grounds covered in hibiscus flowers, even an infinity pool overlooking the beach. A piano bar, pool bar which also serves Poolside food/snacks, 2 themed restaurants (1 free meal per person per stay), and a big buffet restaurant. We were all inclusive, all drinks were branded, and all the food was great and varied, with an exception of a couple of times the chunk of salmon I had wasn't fully cooked enough to my preference so I didn't eat it, and a couple of times at breakfast I had to take my omelette back to the station to be cooked more as the egg was still runny in the middle, but it was rectified). Fresh crepes being made for you to order, etc. Someone accidentally smashed the glass sign in the restaurant and in less than 2 seconds there was a swarm of staff blocking the area and cleaning it up safely. Staff around the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating, even greeting you after remembering you after a few days, and the entertainment was varied and of a good quality. Just wished there were more offerings of courtesy busses to take you to different areas like Adeje Town, Los christianos etc, as you need a taxi or car hire to get around really. We did love the free bus to Las Americas though. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you 🌺😊
