Grundsätzlich waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet: Das Bett war äusserst bequem und die Küchenzeile hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind zudem die Ruhe im Zimmer sowie die perfekte und gründliche Reinigung. Auch die Hotelanlage macht insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck. Allerdings kam es aufgrund der aktuellen Umbauarbeiten im Fitness- und Wellnessbereich zu Einschränkungen, die unseren Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt haben. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ gut und bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Der Service beim Frühstück entspricht jedoch nicht durchgehend dem Niveau eines Fünfsternehotels. Bestellungen werden teilweise nicht korrekt ausgeführt, und auch die Qualität der Essenszubereitung schwankt je nach zuständigem Personal. Dieser Eindruck zieht sich leider durch mehrere Bereiche des Hotels. Auch haben wilde Katzen auf der Terrasse beim Frühstück eines solchen Hotels definitiv nichts zu suchen! Insgesamt werden für alle Dienstleistungen Preise auf Fünfsterne-Niveau verlangt, jedoch entsprechen nicht alle Leistungen konsequent diesem Standard. Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte würden wir das Hotel dennoch jederzeit wieder besuchen, da die positiven Aspekte klar überwiegen.

This place is true luxury. I had 10 nights in a deluxe 2 bedroom suite with private pool and ocean view. It was really spacious and had really good amenities like dishwasher, washing machine (with tablets supplied), comfortable seating inside and out, decent fridge freezer etc. the ocean view terrace was really amply sized with comfortable seating for dining, relaxing and sun bathing. The pool was a great size and lovely and clean. There were plenty of beds available around the pools and the pool-side service was fantastic from the friendly staff to the complimentary sun cream, glasses wipes and iced water. Great views of the ocean from the pools. The hotel is massive - great for a base for walking or running. We ate in the Italian restaurant once and it was great but generally preferred to walk to the village of Caleta which is 5 to 10 minutes away.

Wir waren bereits zum vierten Mal in dem Hotel und was soll ich sagen, nicht das letzte Mal. Mein Mann und ich hatten in der Zeit Geburtstag und wurden mit köstlichen Torte überrascht. Das Hotel ist super für Veganer. Vorab per Mail Tofu und Seitan bestellt für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Klappt hervorragend. Bei der Bestellung am Pool erwähnen und die Leute wissen Bescheid. Großes Dankeschön geht wie immer an Andreas. Der beste Mann. Lucas, Eddie und Ivar sind sehr aufmerksam und machen ihre Arbeit super. Aqua Sport mit Jonny ist mega toll und fürs Quatschen😉 hat er auch immer Zeit. Laura und Justin beim Frühstück sind so herzlich, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Maria aus der Boutique ist mega herzlich. Wir freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen

Hotel is excellent, staff are brilliant and extremely friendly and helpful. They cannot do enough for you! The food in every restaurant was fantastic and despite being a massive hotel it never felt flooded with people. The room size and balconies are great and the cleanliness is perfect. We loved the hotel in general and would definitely come back. Our only slight fault is the lack of privacy with the open room/ bathroom design. We stayed in the adults only area and don’t believe every room is like that but we would definitely want a more private bathroom next time. Thank you!

Yet again another fantastic stay! Rooms exceptional and always cleaned to an extremely high standard, breakfast is the best I have ever seen, the cocktails are outstanding and the overall service is second to none. The reception staff, the cleaners, waiters, pool attendants and hotel ground work staff are all extremely attentive and welcoming and always take time to say hello and and serve your every wish. A particular mention for Lucas who served us at the roof top pool. He is a credit to the hotel displaying exactly what is necessary when it comes to high end service. He was friendly, welcoming and extremely attentive, nothing was too much and always went the extra mile. You could clearly see he had pride in what he was doing and I am sure will go on to achieve great things. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. This is our 7th stay and I can honestly say it never lets us down. High end Service from start to finish 🙏

Estuvimos unos días en el Corales Suites y la verdad es que salimos encantados. Lo que más nos gustó fue la tranquilidad del lugar y, sobre todo, las vistas... son un auténtico espectáculo para desconectar unos días. Las habitaciones súper limpias, da gusto estar en un sitio así, y el servicio de habitaciones funcionó de diez cada vez que pedimos algo. Pero si algo hace que el sitio valga la pena es la gente que trabaja allí. Mención especial a María y Alison de Concierge, que nos atendieron de maravilla y nos ayudaron un montón, y a Ricci y Justyna en los desayunos, que son un amor y te atienden con una sonrisa desde primera hora. Volveremos seguro, da gusto cuando te tratan tan bien. Totalmente recomendable!
