Jardines de Nivaria pleasantly surprised us in nearly every way. We were luckier than expected with a part-sea view from our room, enough to remind you you’re by the ocean, even though it wasn’t a full panoramic vista. Breakfast was a highlight: the buffet was plentiful, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of variety and the sort of quality that sets a positive tone for the day. The staff were extremely accommodating throughout - helpful, attentive, and always polite. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning: it blends modern comforts with classic touches you might expect of upscale American-style hotels, but with Canarian warmth, lush gardens, art deco influences, and beautiful architectural details (including a striking stained-glass dome over the reception). Location is excellent: just 15 minutes from the airport, direct access to Playa de Fañabé, and well-placed for exploring Costa Adeje. One personal recommendation: if you want something more authentic and less packed with tourists, Playa del Duque is a better pick than Playa de Fañabé. You’ll get a more relaxed atmosphere, fewer crowds, and still beautiful beaches (and less Full English Breakfast/Indian/Chinese takeaway food restaurants for the British crowds) The pool is fantastic and coming during low season was perfect as it wasn’t too crowded and waiting staff were frequently popping over. Overall verdict: Jardines de Nivaria offers a luxurious, relaxing stay - great for couples or travellers looking for comfort, quality breakfasts, attractive surroundings, and excellent service. It delivers strong value, especially if you pick your room and dining options with care.

Wir sind mit gemischten Gefühlen abgereist. Das Hotel an sich ist schön, IM Hotel ist es sehr ruhig, was wir mögen. Vom Publikum her ähnelt es aber einem Seniorenpflegeheim. Ich weiß nicht, ob deshalb auch d.Pool so unangenehm stark nach Chlor roch,was ein Schwimmen unmöglich machte. Der kalte Pool ist zu kalt u.wird von niemandem genutzt. Liegen werden glücklicherweise nicht reserviert. Die Beschilderung im gesamten Hotel ist völlig unzureichend, alle irren herum und fragen sich durch. Der Fitnessraum ist sehr groß und hat sehr viele Geräte, allerdings wirkt er lieblos. Die Musik ist viiiel zu laut u.kommt aus billigen Lautsprechern. Das dazugehörige Dampfbad ist sehr unhygienisch, uralt,ohne Dampf,schimmlig u.ohne Wasserschlauch. Unglaublich für ein Hotel. Der Turndown-Service wurde leider vergessen,was ein 5Sterne-Erlebnis immer trübt. Im Bad roch es sehr unangenehm-warum unternimmt d.Housekeeping nichts dagegen? Und nein,ich möchte nicht ständig die Rezeption informieren, ich erwarte, dass ein Hotel dieser Kategorie alles im Blick hat. Ich bin im Urlaub! Die Zimmer zur Straße sind laut. An der Rezeption war nur Joseph professionell. Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht überragend.Ein Pluspunkt ist die Tiefgarage,da es kaum Parkplätze an der Straße gibt. Playa Fañabe ist eher was für Partypeople, überall Musik,der Strand ist schmutzig. Beim Check-out gab es weder eine Frage, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war noch ein Good bye. Das kann jedes Hostel besser. Vllt sollte das Hotel ihr Personal nochmal nachschulen.

Beautiful pool, comfortable rooms with pool and/or sea views, easy beach access and lots of restaurants around. Breakfast is *amazing* . Service is always attentive. Spotlessly clean.

This hotel is a cut above, they understand service in a way that other big chain hoteliers just don’t. This is reflected in their retention of beloved staff that go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible experience. We have returned after 3 years and feel exactly as we did valued and respected this will continue to be our favourite hotel for many years to come. Even after experiencing issues with our room this time they were dealt with speedily (within the hour) and without any problem. We cannot fault them. It was lovely to see Ana still here giving us exceptional service with such warmth in the Tiffany Bar.

On our way home from four nights at this fabulous hotel. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was impeccable and so friendly. The room we had was gorgeous, big balcony and the shower in the bathroom one of the best I've had (this is an important criteria in my holiday people 🤣🤣) Everywhere is clean and fresh with beautiful, well tended gardens all around. The pool is delightful, be brave and give the cold water fresh one a go, it was wonderful after the first sharp intake of breath! Breakfast was brilliant, something for everyone and again, service excellent. The poolside restaurant was also fab. We had lunch daily and dinner twice as it was SO good as well and the team looking after us. Always a smile and a joke and great recommendations for wine which wasn't expensive. My only constructive comment would be the a la carte fine dining restaurant.. we arrived on Saturday evening and it just had no atmosphere. (Sorry) The menu for a vegetarian should have been ordered 24 hours before which just seemed unusual to us. We didn't stay but lucky us, found the other restaurant instead with the freshest of ingredients and wonderful service. The cocktail bar team were also excellent, patient with our decision making and laughing at our hilarity throughout many card games. Thank you to every single team member for making our stay in U110 so wonderful and especially to the young lady who kept our room so clean for us, we loved coming back after a day poolside.

Wir waren vor 10 Jahren das erste Mal hier und es war diesmal noch schöner als wir es in Erinnerung hatten. Die Zimmer renoviert, neue Möbel, teilweise kannten wir noch das Personal von damals. Gleich beim Check-inn freundlicher Empfang von Francisco, wir hatten eine Suite superior gebucht und bekamen ein herrliches Zimmer im 4. Stock im Gebäude Masca mit Meerblick. Wir hatten Halbpension, Frühstück und Abendessen als Buffet, reichlich Auswahl, kein Andrang, aufmerksame Bedienung durch Adrian und Jenifer. Beim Pool ausreichend Liegen vorhanden, alles ruhig und geordnet, Flori hat sich um alles gekümmert. Der Pool angenehm warm, Platz zum Schwimmen. Mit dem Lift konnte man bequem die Strandpromenade erreichen. Im gesamten Haus alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr angenehmes Publikum, mit einem Wort: richtig zum erholen. Wir kommen sicher nächstes Jahr wieder.
