LC5/5 · 2026-06Pleasantly surprised by standard of this hotel. Location great for old town but beach is only 10 mins walk away. Service excellent from all staff - very polite and efficient. Rooms spacious, clean and modern. Balcony small with 2 chairs and small table (room 710-slightly on corner of building) - no clothes rack but saw other rooms had them-not a major issue. Food at breakfast plentiful, well cooked and presented in spacious dining room and separate covered patio, where smoking is allowed. Rooftop bar with lovely views, lovely pool area with plenty of loungers and Bali beds. Daytime music sometimes - had a DJ one day and a singer another. Good value for money too.
Roax3/5 · 2026-09The staff was very nice, especially at breakfast. Breakfast was also good. A lot of options and enough seatings, also pleasant to sit outside. Sadly, the room didn't feel like we were in a 4 star hotel. We had the cheapest double room. As we expected a double bed, we got 2 single beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart when one of us got close to the edge in the middle. The balcony was very tiny and minimalistic and the view was disappointing. The bathroom was the worst to be honest. Mold on the ceiling, the toilet so close to the wall that i had to sit against the toilet roll, the bar holding the shower wall was just broken, water hardly went through the drain and the shower door didnt close right. Besides that there wasnt a toilet brush to clean the inside of the toilet. The pool was nice. I'd say its a small pool for a big hotel like this one, and there werent that many beds. Also a shocker that we had to pay 30 or 50 euros for a 'luxurious' big sunbed. Not really what i'd spend 50 euros on. Some people didnt even pay and just layed on them without staff checking. Even though there were signs telling people not to reserve beds with their stuff, they did it anyways, without staff checking. The wifi wasnt great near the pool either. We could also hear all the doors open and shut on our floor, heard other people flush their toilets and use their hairdryers because of the thin walls. There are 3 very small elevators which can fit barely 4 people and look very old. The rooftop bar was okay, the view was fantastic. Except the wifi didnt reach the tenth floor. Besides that, the man behind the bar didn't know what 'virgin' meant and poured my 2,5 years sober boyfriend a cocktail with alcohol, after he repeatedly said he wanted a virgin, and the man kept nodding like he 'understood'. The location of the hotel was good. We were close to the center of Torremolinos and only 15 minutes away from the beach, with a lot of small supermarkets and shops on the way. Overall we were kinda disappointed, as this is more like a 3 star hotel with a nice rooftop bar instead of a 4 star hotel. We hope the hotel actually take these reviews seriously, as we read similar feedback from other visitors dating back at least a year prior.
Catherine Anne5/5 · 2026-08A fantastic stay – we would happily return! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently returned from a week’s stay to celebrate a birthday, and honestly, I don’t understand some of the negative reviews! Three of us shared a Junior Suite on the 8th floor, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The room was clean, tidy and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was quite small once the towel rack was put out, so three people couldn’t really sit out there comfortably, but this didn’t bother us at all. We had a lovely sea view from the balcony and were lucky enough to see some amazing sunrises. The air conditioning was included in our room and worked perfectly. When we checked in, the curtains were closed and the air con was already on, which was such a lovely welcome to a fresh, cool room after travelling. The mini fridge was fantastic, and the room also had a beauty desk with a light-up mirror, which definitely got plenty of use! It was a slight struggle to get a sunbed on some days, but we always managed to get one. We found that arriving around 9:30am worked well, and on some days there were still plenty of spaces available. The bar staff were all amazing and so friendly, particularly the blonde lady (I’m so sorry I didn’t manage to get her name!). The service throughout our stay was fantastic. The location is also brilliant, with a short walk down to the beach — although be prepared for plenty of steps! It’s also conveniently close to McDonald’s and essential shops. On some days there was a live DJ and even a saxophone player, which was such a lovely touch and created a great atmosphere around the pool. I’d also highly recommend trying the strawberry daiquiri! 🍓🍹 We stayed on a bed-and-breakfast basis, and the breakfast was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. There was such a huge variety, from pancakes, cookies, cakes, fruit and granola to savoury options including eggs made fresh, beans, bacon, bread, cold meats, cheese and much more. There really was something for everyone. We also ordered lunch around the pool on several occasions, and the food was AMAZING! The chips were honestly some of the best I’ve ever tasted. We tried the chips, nachos, chicken dippers and a sandwich, and everything was cooked to perfection. The food was delivered straight to our sunbeds, and the service was incredibly quick. One thing to be aware of: the opening times for the rooftop terrace aren’t particularly obvious. We stood around waiting for a while before realising that it doesn’t open until 7pm. Once we knew, it wasn’t an issue, and the staff were more than happy for us to order drinks from the pool bar and take them up to the rooftop. The views from up there are amazing and definitely worth experiencing! Overall, we genuinely feel this hotel deserves a much higher rating than some of the reviews suggest. We had a fantastic stay, the staff were wonderful, the food was excellent, the room was perfect for us, and the location was great. We would gladly stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and for helping make the birthday celebration special! ❤️
Tia Smith4/5 · 2026-07Lovely hotel rooms are always cleaned, quite spacious other then the balcony being a little small the room was noting too fault. Pool area lovely however they have a sign do not reserve sun beds and you go down by 9:30 am they are all already taken whilst no one actually comes down to the “taken” ones till mid day. Drinks were nice loved the roof top bar was amazing open till 1am good views. Nice chilled out music. Good location to the beach
Daniel Peimbert3/5 · 2026-06The hotel is not a 4-star hotel. More like a 3-star being generous. To management: please fix the air conditioning. There is a funny smell as soon as you enter the hotel. The hallways are extremely warm and uncomfortable. The elevators are old and need maintenance. The parking nightmare, oh well. The parking is located across the hotel in a dungeon. The stalls are so tiny that only one care can fit, however, they seem to think that 2 small cars can fit. Totally creepy, and sketchy. Having your hotel guests go through that is unacceptable. Better say that the hotel has no parking. On top of that, is $18 euro per day. You also need to pay a “deposit” of $40.00 to get a remote to open the parking door. The signage is lacking and very dark. Lastly, and the cherry on top is the extra $4.00 charge per night to use the safety box in the room. Yes, you heard right. I had never seen this in a “4-star” hotel. That is a money grab flat out. Management: please provide the rationale for charging to use the safety box in the room. The give you a code (1234) to use it. Never again we are staying at your hotel. Many thing need improvement. The housekeeper, restaurant, and front desk staff were pleasant.
