Harika bir tatil geçirdik, İstanbul'da kaldığımız en iyi oteldi. Tek bir olumsuzluk dahi yaşamadık. Özellikle kahvaltısı ve otelin içinde hizmet veren restorantı harikaydı, Sevgi Hanıma ve ekibine yaşattıkları bu güzel deneyim için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz, kendimizi evimizde hissettik :)

This was our first trip to Istanbul. We were not familiar with the city or the layout of the historic district. Many streets are pedestrian only. We were dropped off then had to walk with our luggage up the cobblestone streets to get there. I recommend calling the hotel when dropped off. They have a vehicle that can transport from the taxi drop-off directly to the hotel. The hotel is close to everything you want to see in old town. It is a trek to Galotta and Chora church areas. The hotel can drop you at the taxi and staff negotiates with the drivers to ensure you get a good rate. A note regarding the cab drivers. We had wonderful drivers! They offered to retun to pick us up for our return trip which was very helpful especially in the Chora Church area. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. They have a great restaurant on the premices. They can assist with planning an escorted day with a guide who was very pleasant and very informative. Tap water is not drinkable. You can bathe in it just don't drink it. Use bottled water even for brushing your teeth. It was a great trip. We hope to re-visit in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay! I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spotless, the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, and the location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again. If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the breakfast. It would be great to see a wider selection of warm dishes, as well as more fresh fruits and vegetables. That small improvement would make the overall experience even more outstanding.

Great hotel, but be careful with Istanbul taxis The hotel itself was great and we enjoyed our stay, but getting there was rough. Taxi warning: The taxi from the airport dropped me and my 9-year-old off "one minute away" from the hotel. It was actually a 5-7 minute walk with luggage. We finally found it, and later learned we could have called the hotel to pick us up from the taxi drop-off point. My advice: Book airport pickup AND drop-off through the hotel. And confirm the fare or that the meter is on before you get in. The ride from the airport was fine — I paid what the meter read. But on the way back, I asked the hotel to get us a taxi with the meter on. The driver never started it and demanded extra at the airport. I just paid to avoid the headache. Lesson: Meter on, or get another taxi. Don’t trust taxi drivers in Istanbul. Also got overcharged by a guy “helping” me buy a tram ticket. Tourist scams are real. The only exception was the laundry owner — he was honest. The hotel: Excellent location — very close to all the main sites and restaurants. Avoid places with guys outside calling you in. The hotel has laundry service but there’s a better deal nearby. Good luck finding it though. There’s a solid café right underneath the hotel area. Hotel staff was helpful and switched my room when the AC had issues. Breakfast is great and the coffee with milk is next level. Overall, we enjoyed staying here. It’s a tourist area, so expect tourist prices everywhere except laundry.

İstanbul'daki evimiz gibi. Muhteşem bi ambians. Ayasofya ve Sultan Ahmet'in hemen yanında. Otel çok temiz ve hizmet üst seviyede. Özellikle içinde yer alan Matbaa Restaurant Osmanlı yemekleri farkını gösteriyor. Kısacası dört dörtlük bir yer.
