Özellikle deniz manzarasına karşı terasta kahvaltı ya da akşam yemeği için bu oteli tutmuştuk. Ama tadilatta oldugunu söylediler. Kahvaltı verilen salon çok küçüktü personel çok çalışkandı ama bir daha bu fiyata tercih edeceğim bir otel değil maalesef. Teraslı gösterip terasımız kapalı demek hiç hoş olmuyor. İptal edebilsem o an iptal ederdim. Ne hikmetse yaz döneminde tadilat oluyor. Odalarda idare ederdi ama tuvalet kapısı yerine cam koymuşlar. Bundan da hiç hoşlanmadım. Ama konumu vs çok iyiydi. Deniz manzarası olan fotograflar için hakkkımızı aramayı düşünüyorum. Yanıltıcı oldugu için..

Hotel to avoid — an absolute disaster. The staff acted in very bad faith. We booked an airport transfer with the hotel for €60, from the hotel to the airport. There are two airports in Istanbul, and I clearly specified which one we wanted to go to. In fact, the correct airport was even written on the transfer receipt, yet the driver still took us to the wrong airport. As a result, we had to take another taxi to reach the correct airport and buy new flight tickets. Altogether, this situation cost us nearly €800, and the hotel is refusing to reimburse us. The case is still ongoing with Booking.com, but I strongly advise people to avoid this hotel.

Dördüncü kez kaldığım bu otelde aldığım hizmet, gördüğüm güler yüz, manzara, lüks çok az yerde var gerçekten. Odaların temizliği, kahvaltının lezzeti, resepsiyondaki arkadaşların güzel yüzü gerçekten takdire şayan. Özellikle Alev hanım ve Ataberk bey size gerçekten özel bir yerde olduğunuzu hissettiriyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Hotel located at strategic area. Nearby Istiklal area and public transport. Spacoius room, quiet and complete with all amenities. There are 2 elevator for going upper floor. Great breakfast selection.

5月下旬即付款在AGODA預訂了「雙床房」，昨天從Denizli搭機到伊斯坦堡，竟遇到M11地鐵停駛，搭機場巴士又大塞車，帶著疲憊的心想到飯店好好休息，沒想到他們一開始竟然給我較便宜的中庭大床房，我和兒子一起旅行真的驚呆了，他們說是我的訂房錯誤，事實上我是非常謹慎才選了這家飯店，一再比較才下訂，後來假情假意的說可以幫我換，換到靠大街2樓最吵的房間，房間非常小，我找出訂房資料下樓去要求換房間，他們一再推拖，說「明天」才能換，我連訂4天就是不想換旅館、換房間，房間小重新收拾行李會很麻煩，我去過許多國家沒遇過這種事，這家飯店經營不誠實而且我感覺被羞辱，他們不負責任把所有一切都推給Agent! I am insulted by the way they’ve treated me and the dishonest room assignment.

We had an amazing experience at Ring Stone Hotels Bosphorus. The location right on the main street is perfect, with a metro station and the Tünel tram stop just a few steps away, making commuting to other parts of Istanbul incredibly easy. The surrounding area is also packed with excellent restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the "Bosphorus Suite with Terrace," and the views of the Bosphorus Strait were absolutely magnificent—waking up to that sight was unforgettable! To top it all off, the hotel organized a seamless private transfer to the airport on our departure day. Exceptional location, great service, and stunning views. Highly recommended!
