Gerek konaklama olsun, gerekse hizmet ve servis olsun hiçbir konuda sorun yaşamadan vakit geçirdim. Güzel bir karşılamayla beraber odaya ilk girdiğim anda dahi odanın titizlikle ve ayrıntılı bir şekilde hazırlanmış olduğunu gördüm. Arkadaşlar güleryüzlüydü ve bize son derece hoşgörülü davrandılar. Ayrıca belirtmek isterim ki ihtiyacım olduğu her anda Ceren Hanım ve Ferdi Bey yardımcı oldular. benim için iyi bir tecrübe oldu, verdiğiniz paranın her kuruşunu hak eden bir otel, tavsiye ederim.

I stayed at this hotel with my student for more than three weeks while she was preparing for several important exams in Istanbul. The hotel offers much more than the average hotel. The gym was excellent, and we used it every day for exercise and light workouts, which helped us stay healthy and focused during a stressful study period. There was also a conference room and other quiet areas that were useful for studying. Compared to many hotels in Istanbul, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-lit. The room service was good, and the overall cleanliness met my expectations. The only issue I experienced was with the minibar refrigerator in my room. It didn't keep drinks or food cold enough—it only made them slightly cool. I hope the hotel updates these refrigerators because other rooms may have the same issue. Apart from that, neither my room nor my student's room had any significant problems. Although the hotel is located in a busy part of Istanbul, the noise level was surprisingly low. Since both of our rooms were on the 10th floor, we enjoyed a peaceful environment, which was exactly what we needed for studying. I would also like to mention the staff. At first, a few employees seemed a little reserved, and some didn't smile very much. However, once we introduced ourselves, learned their names, and chatted with them for a couple of minutes, they became incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. My advice to future guests is not to judge them too quickly. They are genuinely kind people, and most of them speak good English, so communication was never a problem. The lobby bar staff were always happy to provide ice, glasses, plates, cutlery, and anything else we needed. They were consistently helpful and cooperative. I would especially like to thank Nur, who provided excellent room service and was always willing to help. Tip her please. The team at the Restaurant also deserves special recognition. They made every breakfast enjoyable with their kindness and professionalism. A very special thank you goes to Beril. She was incredibly professional, always smiling, spoke excellent English, and treated every guest with genuine kindness and respect. She consistently went above and beyond to help us, and she truly made our stay memorable. She is a wonderful representative of the hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognizes her outstanding work with promotion and raise in her salary. I would also like to thank Asya and Ceren. These two wonderful young ladies helped my student and me every morning during breakfast and throughout the day whenever we needed assistance. They were always cheerful, welcoming, patient, and spoke excellent English. Their positive attitude made every day brighter. Hatice was also very kind and helpful, and I truly appreciate everything she did for us. At the front desk, Samet and Onur were outstanding. Whenever I needed assistance or had a question, they were always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. And all others at the reception. Thank you all. To all the staff members I mentioned above: thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. You truly made us feel at home. The hotel also has a lovely resident cat named **Shivas**, who added a special charm to the property and became one of my favorite memories from our stay. Breakfast was another highlight. There was an excellent variety of fresh and delicious food every morning, and guests could also order coffee from the bar. The breakfast hours were very convenient, starting at 6:30 a.m. and continuing until late morning, which was perfect for our schedule. The dining area was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. Overall, this hotel gave us everything we needed: comfort, cleanliness, excellent facilities, and, most importantly, wonderful people. During those three weeks, this hotel became much more than just a place to stay—it became full of happy memories. If I ever return to this part of Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and made our stay very relaxing. The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and professional. A special thank you to Samet and Oğuzhan for their kindness, warm hospitality, and outstanding service. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

As a network engineer, I recently organized a conference for my participants at this hotel. The services provided were excellent, and the hotel's design was impeccable. I particularly appreciated the hotel's commitment to cleanliness. I would like to commend Ceren and Ferdi Bey for their exceptional assistance and responsiveness to our needs.

The hotel has changed ownership and been renovated. It's in a very good location, very close to Istanbul's public transport hub. The only problem is that there's a lot of residential construction in the area, and despite it being legally prohibited in Türkiye to be noisy after 7 am.

トルコ航空のストップオーバープログラムで利用しました。空港からタクシーでも45分ほど、メトロ線のSisli駅も徒歩10分ほどなので立地は素晴らしいです。 ホテルスタッフの方とフレンドリーで英語でのやりとりも丁寧に話していただけました。ホテル下のレストランも利用しましたが、飲み物（ソフトドリンク、アルコール含めて）や食事のメニューも豊富で味もおいしかったです。 客室もスタンダードルームでしたが、清潔感あり。 シャワールームとお手洗いは少し古い雰囲気はありますが綺麗に手入れされているので快適でした！ （シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープなども揃っているのがありがたい） ホテルからメトロ駅方面に歩いてすぐにスーパー/カルフールがあるので、必要は日用品や飲み物も手軽に調達、部屋の冷蔵庫で保管できます。 次回もまた利用したいと思えるホテルでした！
