I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to Arisa, Mohammed, and Adis for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. I would also like to thank the two valet parking attendants, who were always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They all made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I have just checked out of your hotel, and I wanted to reach out and share how much I truly enjoyed my stay. As a frequent traveler who has experienced many hotels worldwide, it is rare for me to feel compelled to write a note after leaving. However, the level of service and hospitality I received at Arise Hotel was simply exceptional. I want to extend my special thanks to Huda and İlker at the reception for their professionalism and warm welcome, and to Mohammed and the breakfast buffet team for their outstanding attention to detail. You have all made my stay in Istanbul unforgettable, and it felt more like home than a hotel. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful touches in the room, such as providing a prayer rug and clearly marking the Qibla direction. These details, combined with the overall service, made my stay spiritually comfortable and deeply appreciated. I have already started recommending your hotel to my friends and family who are planning to visit Istanbul. You have definitely gained a loyal guest, and I am already looking forward to my next stay with you. I stayed at this hotel for about a week with my family and booked two rooms. While the reception and lobby staff were always polite, welcoming, and professional, I was unfortunately disappointed with some aspects of our stay. The main issue was cleanliness. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and there were several occasions when the floor was not cleaned properly. We also requested a bed sheet change, but the sheets were not replaced as expected. In addition, since we were traveling with children, we asked if the minibar items could be removed from the room. Unfortunately, this was not accommodated unless an additional fee was paid. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the front desk and lobby staff, as they were one of the highlights of our stay. However, I hope the hotel will place greater attention on cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the future.

I stayed at the Clarion Golden Horn for 9 days and had an amazing experience. I was staying there to recover from a rhinoplasty surgery and the team couldn’t have been more welcoming, supportive and accommodating. The room itself was great and had all the amenities we needed. A special shout out to the team Samir, Hilal and Parisa who were very helpful. We’d also like to thank Mert who made our stay extremely pleasant. He toured us around the rooms, and was so friendly. Location was about a 15 minute drive from the main parts of the city (Galata, Taksim sq) etc. Thanks to all the staff for a great experience!
