Buraya otel konaklaması için geldik ama personelin aşırı dozda güler yüzü ve ilgisi yüzünden tatilimiz bir anda dost meclisine döndü. Odaların ferahlığı, temizliği ve yatakların rahatlığı zaten on numara; ama ekibin muazzam enerjisi oteli gölgede bırakıyor. I booked two rooms of the same type, but what I got was completely different: one was normal, and the other was a tiny, worn-out attic room with a drafty window. I slept in the cold all night and ended up catching a cold the next day! What made it worse was the front desk’s response. When I complained, the manager refused to admit the rooms were different and treated me with a rude and dismissive attitude. It’s clear they don’t care about guests’ comfort or health. This hotel fails in both service and honesty. Paying for the same room type but receiving an unfair and unhealthy accommodation is unacceptable. No apology was offered—only denial and disrespect. To other travelers: if you don’t want to be cheated or treated poorly, look elsewhere. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone!

This is probably the best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed in. It's definitely not an American Hampton Inn. The buffet is diverse and has plenty of options. Not the standard options you see in America. The staff is very kind. They greet you every time you come in. The service is unparalleled. My room was clean, bright, and spacious. The location is quite convenient to the metro. It doesn't look like it's in the best part of the city but it was good enough for me to get to the places I needed to get to. Thank you, Hampton Inn and its management.

English version below. 6 gece 7 gün konakladım. Bu süre içerisinde tüm çalışanlar tüm konularda oldukça iyi hizmet verdiler. Tüm sorularımı, isteklerimi ve ihtiyaçlarımı çok içten, iyi niyetli ve yeterli bir şekilde cevapladılar. Tüm çalışanlar için bunu kesinlikle söyleyebilirim. Her çalışan oldukça güler yüzlüydü sadece bir hanımefendi hariç. fakat kendisinin kötü bir muamele yaptığını görmedim sadece güler yüzlü değildi. Özellikle Kürşat Bey aşırı güler yüzlü ve içten bir şekilde işini yaptı. Eğer birisinin ödüllendirilmesi gerekiyorsa Kürşat Beydir. Otel temizliği iyiydi. Ben temizlik konusunda obsesif birisi olarak aşırı iyi ve kusur bulamazsınız diyemem fakat ben bile rahat bir şekilde konaklayabildim. Tüm Otel çalışanlarına her şey için teşekkür ederim I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days. Throughout my stay, all the staff provided very good service in every aspect. They responded to all my questions, requests, and needs in a sincere, kind, and professional manner. I can confidently say this for all staff members. Everyone was very friendly, with the exception of one female staff member; however, I did not experience any rude behavior from her—she simply was not as smiley as the others. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Kürşat, who performed his job with exceptional friendliness and genuine sincerity. If anyone deserves special recognition or a reward, it is definitely Mr. Kürşat. The hotel’s cleanliness was good. As someone who is quite obsessive about cleanliness, I cannot say it was absolutely perfect or flawless, but even I was able to stay comfortably without any issues. I would like to thank all the hotel staff for everything.

A good Hilton overall. The staff provided excellent, attentive, and friendly service - special thanks to the hotel team for their responsiveness and care. The room was in the classic Hilton Hampton style: clean and comfortable. In general, the stay was very pleasant, although there are some outdated details that affect the overall impression - for example, a rusty trash bin in the room, which noticeably spoils the appearance. The hotel has a small but well-equipped gym, which is a nice bonus. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. The selection was very limited and repetitive, we only went twice and then decided not to continue. There were no desserts at all. The location of the hotel is quite good. There is a tram or metro stop nearby, making it easy to get to any part of Istanbul. Once again, many thanks to the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness.

It was very clean, both in the room and on the ground floor. The staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms were a good size and the breakfast was also great. We were very well looked after, always helped. Ceren was really kind, she was one of the employees who helped out at breakfast. I would absolutely come again, and the distance to the city and markets are not far either. Next to the hotel is a supermarket. I really recommend it.
