I can’t recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Gayrettepe highly enough. I stayed here while recovering from surgery, and what could have been a very challenging experience was made so much easier because of the incredible kindness, compassion and professionalism of the entire team. From the moment I arrived, every member of staff made me feel genuinely cared for. Over the weeks I was there, they became familiar faces who always greeted me with warm smiles, and I built such lovely relationships with so many of them. It truly started to feel like a home away from home. A very special thank you to Onur in the Health Club. He took the time to patiently explain all of the wellness facilities, answer every question I had, and offer thoughtful advice about what would be beneficial during my recovery. His knowledge, patience and genuine care were so appreciated. To Tanju, who looked after guests during breakfast, and Burak from the kitchen—thank you both for always anticipating what I needed before I even had to ask. Whether it was accommodating dietary requests or simply checking that I was comfortable, your attentiveness made every morning such a pleasure. A huge thank you to Tolga at the front desk. You quickly became one of my favourite people at the hotel. You were always so kind, helpful and genuinely sweet. No request ever seemed like too much trouble, and I couldn’t help but smile every time I saw you. Your warmth made such a difference during my recovery. To Alice, thank you for giving me the most unforgettable hammam experience. It was pure relaxation and exactly what I needed. Your professionalism and calming presence made it a truly special memory from my trip. To my lovely housekeeper Leyla, thank you for your beautiful smile, your kindness, and for helping me with my head scarf after surgery. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me and showed such genuine compassion. And finally, thank you to Mert and Azamşer, my two favourite waiters. Seeing you both each day became one of the highlights of my stay. Your friendly conversations, wonderful service and cheerful personalities were every bit as enjoyable as the delicious food you served. You both made every meal feel special. Please pass my gratitude on to everyone at the hotel. It takes a truly exceptional team to make someone feel so supported while they are far from home and recovering from surgery. I arrived as a guest, but I left feeling like I was saying goodbye to friends. If you’re looking for a hotel in Istanbul where the staff genuinely care about their guests, this is it. Thank you all for making such an important time in my life so much more comfortable, memorable and filled with kindness. I hope to return one day.

Feb.2026 Waren mit der Familie im Urlaub in diesem Hotel und nicht zum ersten Mal da. Kann das Hotel wirklich empfehlen. Hatten das Suite gemietet gehabt (kenne die normalen Zimmer nicht) aber dieses empfehlen ich wirklich super Aussicht wie ein Wohnzimmer mam fühlt sich richtig wohl. Das ganze Team ist sehr gastfreundlich.Wenn man was braucht helfen die Kollegen sofort. Einen ganz großen vielen Dank geht an Can Supervisor an der Reseption. Tolga der echt ein sehr netter und immer gastfreundlich ist. Und natürlich einen höflichen Dank geht auch an Onur der immer wenn man was bräuchte sofort es gebracht hat. Herzlichen Vielen Dank an das ganze Hotel TEAM.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing honestly, the first time in my life I have ever been this satisfied with a hotel. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly involved and caring. They were available 24/7 for any questions, help, or food requests, and they genuinely went out of their way to check on us. They would approach us, ask how our day was, and make sure we were comfortable at all times. You could really feel that they cared. One small moment that says everything: one evening I was craving chia seed pudding, which is normally only part of the breakfast. Even though it wasn’t available at night, they surprised me by bringing two chia puddings as a gift. This kind of kindness happened more than once small gestures, but they made a huge difference. Every single person was friendly and warm from the kitchen staff to the cleaning team. Even on days when we left our room a bit later, the housekeeping staff still came by and kindly brought us water. I especially want to mention Irem. Even though she is very young (I believe around 16), she was incredibly passionate, professional, and hardworking. She did her job with so much dedication. Azamser and all the other staff members were just as wonderful truly a team that takes pride in what they do. This hotel sets the standard for what hospitality should be. I have never felt so welcomed, cared for, and comfortable. Thank you to everyone for making our stay unforgettable we will definitely come back.

飯店的服務非常好，服務人員總是笑臉迎人，且非常熱心。一樓咖啡廳的早餐很豐盛，提供一整塊蜂蜜，不論看起來或吃起來都非常過癮。飯店內附設三溫暖及土耳其浴場，在一天會議後是能令人身心放鬆的設施，大大推薦。飯店離機場線 M11 或往市區的 M2 大約步行 10 分鐘距離，但如果是從機場拉大行李去飯店會很辛苦，要從 M11 線的 Gayrettepe 站走地下走廊到 M2 線的 Gaurettepe 站，上來地面後沿著大馬路走，人行道不是很平整，拉行李比較辛苦。飯店距離觀光區有點距離，但也因此較遠離人潮，也許也因為這樣，房間很大很舒適。

Leyla Hanım’a çok teşekkür ederiz. Kendisi çok güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımsever bir hanımefendi. Odamızı çok temiz ve özenli bir şekilde temizledi. İşini gerçekten çok kaliteli ve titizlikle yapıyor. Kendisiyle tanıştığımız için çok memnun olduk. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz! ❤️

I used to hold training programs at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience with their meeting-room management was extremely disappointing. On one occasion, instead of sending a formal email confirmation for our program, they confirmed the booking through WhatsApp. We arrived for the program only to discover that most of the meeting rooms were already occupied.. But anyway at least we conducted our meeting at least.. In spite of changing the meeting room from one to another. The following week, the same thing happened: they again confirmed the booking via WhatsApp, but this time before meeting started they rented our meeting room to someone else just one day before our scheduled program. When we complained, they claimed that they had never sent us a confirmation, despite the fact that we had WhatsApp messages clearly confirming the booking. This was not simply a scheduling mistake; it reflected a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic business ethics. In my experience, this is one of the worst-managed hotels when it comes to renting meeting rooms. I would strongly recommend that companies and training providers think twice before relying on this hotel for business events or training programs... And in case you have to rent their meeting room ask them for confirmation email instantly and hold your rights for technical issues because they have technical problems in their meeting rooms include projectors and spot lights sensors
