Had an amazing stay. All the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful which is exactly what you need when you go to a different country. Room was great with beautiful view of the city. Breakfast and food were amazing. Special mention to Kadir Yayla and Sertag. Thank you everyone for making our stay a memorable one. Also a big thank you to the man who introduced us to Olivia🥰🥰🥰

★★★★★ Outstanding Stay and Exceptional Service Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful, the accommodations were excellent, and the buffet was outstanding. Everything exceeded our expectations, making this one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional service provided by Kadir Yayla. Kadir was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. He always greeted us with a warm smile, remembered our preferences, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. Whether arranging transportation, answering questions, or assisting with any request, he was always ready to help promptly and graciously. Kadir’s genuine hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction were remarkable. He was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay and a true asset to the hotel. I stayed in the Bomonti Business Suite, and it was a very nice room that made me feel cozy and right at home. The suite was spacious and well-equipped, with one queen bedroom, one twin room with two beds, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, and a dining table. I also really enjoyed the gym and swimming pool. Both facilities were clean, well maintained, and very well equipped, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Sulyman Altas, the housekeeper who kept my room tidy and clean throughout my stay. Thank you for your hard work, care, and attention to detail! Another special thanks to OSMaN Keklikdere from the concierge team, who kindly helped me book a restaurant, suggested places to visit, and assisted with many other things during my stay. His helpful service made my experience even better. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent facilities and caring service from the team.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un séjour magnifique à Istanbul ! Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel. Toute notre famille a adoré notre expérience : tout était magnifique ! ❤️ Le personnel a été exceptionnel, attentionné et vraiment aux petits soins avec nous et nos enfants. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis et considérés du début à la fin. Nous avons une pensée toute particulière pour : 🌟 M. Abdulkadir, à la réception, pour sa gentillesse, son professionalisme et son accueil chaleureux. 🌟 Mlle Yeliz, à la sécurité, que nous avons particulièrement appréciée pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son magnifique sourire. 🌟 M. Rano, qui s'occupait du nettoyage de notre chambre, pour ses petites attentions quotidiennes, aussi bien pour nous que pour nos enfants. Ces petits gestes font vraiment la différence. ❤️ 🌟 Et enfin, un très gentil monsieur du service du petit-déjeuner, dont nous ne connaissons malheureusement pas le prénom. Il s'est occupé de nous jeudi et vendredi et a toujours été très attentionné et serviable. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour avoir rendu nos vacances à Istanbul si belles et mémorables. Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hilton sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Reinigung. Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Ein ganz großes Lob und herzliches Dankeschön an Esen, die Reinigungskraft, die sich um unser Zimmer gekümmert hat. Sie hat wirklich großartige Arbeit geleistet und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt haben. Vielen Dank, Esen, für den tollen Service und die sorgfältige Arbeit!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very nice and always cleaned to perfection, the employees are sweet and make sure everything goes well for you, on top of being very polite. We picked the breakfast option and were left in shock with the employees. Never have we ever seen people with such sweetness and enthusiasm to help customers! It was particularly Yagmur Sila Ugurlu who made our experience absolutely wonderful. She was the sweetest and most qualified person ever! She made sure that me and my mother had everything we needed, told us to call her if we wanted anything and took care of our table in a way that made us enjoy our experience in a memorable way! She was always smiling and looked very happy to serve us, we loved it! The breakfast was delicious, there are a lot of different types of dishes, from salty to sweet, the food was fresh and you could see the cooks preparing it right in front of you! Our stay at the Hilton Hotel was very pleasant, it was our first time in Turkey and choosing it made our trip more pleasing than we could imagine!
