We stayed at the Hilton as a family, and everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made our stay in Istanbul truly enjoyable. We had tea at Lalou Restaurant, where the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A very special thanks to Ms. Denis for her outstanding service. She took the time to talk with us in a warm, calm, and friendly manner, making us feel genuinely welcome. She also gave us excellent recommendations and useful information that made our stay in Istanbul even more enjoyable. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the doorman, Mr. Mehmet, for all the assistance he provided throughout our stay. He was always kind, professional, and ready to help, which made our experience even more pleasant. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and exceptional service from everyone at the hotel. We will definitely choose the Hilton every time we visit Istanbul. Highly recommended!

I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. During my stay, there were loud events and parties taking place almost every evening. I was hoping to relax on my balcony after a long day, but instead I had to deal with constant noise and music. Not a single evening felt peaceful. The food served in the hotel’s restaurants was also below my expectations, especially considering the standard and price of the hotel. In addition, the room service experience was not satisfactory. I repeatedly had to request basic items such as bottled water, towels, and a bathrobe. These are amenities that I would normally expect to be available without having to ask multiple times. Considering the amount I paid for my stay, I genuinely feel that the level of service did not justify the price. I left with a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I don’t think I would choose to stay at this hotel again or recommend it to others. Perhaps my stay coincided with an unusually busy period, but from my perspective, almost every aspect of the experience fell short of the expectations I had for a hotel of this level.

Hilton Bosphorus is our favorite hotel. We have stayed at this hotel over 4 times during the last two years. Yasin at the main entrance is so helpful, he’s always been so welcoming, and recognizes us now. The front desk at checkin made special room arrangements for our anniversary stay, really amazing gesture. Executive Lounge is very good, with amazing food choices. It’s just that between 6 to 7pm when it gets very busy, the slow service needs to be improved in the executive lounge. Breakfast is unlike any other we have seen at other Hiltons in Istanbul, and the head of the staff there has always been so welcoming. The lobby floor has amazing new restaurants added this year, high end dinning entertainment. One complaint I have is that even though suite rooms were available in the Hilton App, as a Diamond member we were not given an upgrade; and this is not the first time we were declined a suite room upgrade. We have always been upgraded in nearly every other Hilton we have stayed internationally.

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Bosphorus. The service was excellent throughout our visit. The housekeeping staff were incredibly kind and kept our room spotless, and the porter team were always welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Esra and Berna for making our checkout so easy. They were both so kind, friendly and professional. Their service really made it easier for us to checkout. We would definitely stay here again

J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’ambiance est agréable, les chambres sont confortables et tout le personnel est très sympathique. Un grand merci aux portiers, Mehmet, Ismail et Bordt. Ils étaient toujours présents avec le sourire et prêts à rendre service. Ils m’ont aidé à plusieurs reprises avec mes bagages, les taxis et des conseils pendant mon séjour. Leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ont fait toute la différence. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cet excellent accueil. Je reviendrai avec plaisir et je recommande cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un service de qualité.

Just finished up an amazing week here and couldn’t be happier - amazing hotel, fantastic facilities and location that can’t be beaten. Pool is perfect for kids with a shallow end, rooms are spacious and maintained to a high standard and breakfast was bountiful. A pleasant ten min stroll to Taksim Square means the buzz is on your doorstep. A very special thank you to Yasin on the door who was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with: Berna for her warm welcome and making us feel special throughout the stay right up until we left and to Efe and Sara on the reception for the warm and efficient service. We’ll be seeing you again very soon!
