From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed at the Sofitel Istanbul Taksim. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was comfortable, clean, and a great place to relax after long days exploring Istanbul. The hotel’s location is excellent, right on Taksim Square and within easy reach of public transport, shopping, and restaurants. Being in such a lively part of the city does mean there’s some street noise at night, but that’s all part of the atmosphere and certainly didn’t spoil our stay. A special thank you to Gokay and Bedtr in the ground floor restaurant. They provided outstanding service throughout our stay and were always attentive, friendly, and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made every meal a pleasure with their genuine hospitality. Nomads Restaurant was another standout. The food was excellent, the service was first-class, and the atmosphere made every meal memorable. A big thank you as well to the wonderful dancers, who created such a fun and vibrant atmosphere and made our evenings there even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend the Sofitel Istanbul Taksim to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel with exceptional service in the heart of Istanbul.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, Selahattin, Tacettin, Erkan, and Ari went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. They were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed—whether it was recommendations, assistance with arrangements, or just making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their warm and professional attitude truly made us feel welcome and valued as guests. It’s rare to come across a team that is this dedicated and thoughtful. They turned a great stay into a memorable one, and we’re very grateful for their hospitality. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service!

Such a lovely experience at Sofitel Istanbul! The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really made our stay special was the people. A special thank you to Ilknur and Orçun, who were consistently there whenever we needed anything. We had a couple of unexpected inconveniences during our stay, but they handled everything with such professionalism and efficiency. No matter what we asked, they were quick to help, find a solution, and genuinely made an effort to make things easier for us. They were always smiling, incredibly kind, and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. It’s rare to come across people who are not only excellent at their job but also genuinely warm and caring with guests. Ilknur and Orçun truly made us feel taken care of, and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for making our stay in Istanbul even more memorable!

Our waiter, Irfan was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel effortless. He was on point with every recommendation, checked in without being overbearing, and had a great vibe the entire time. Honestly, top-tier service definitely made the night better. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sofitel Istanbul. It was truly a memorable experience! A special thank you to Untungh and Krisna for their warm welcome, kindness, and wonderful smiles, which truly touched us. We would also like to thank Bhwar, who took great care of our rooms with so much attention and care. A special mention for my daughter’s little teddy bear, which he carefully placed on the cushions every day — such a lovely touch! Thank you all for making our stay so special and unforgettable. We will cherish these memories for a long time!
