Wonderful Family Holiday with Excellent Food, Amazing Staff, and a Few Areas for Improvement We stayed at Titanic Mardan Palace from 7 July to 13 July, and overall we had a fantastic family holiday. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are impressive, and there is plenty to enjoy for both adults and children. The biggest highlight of our stay was the food and beverages. The quality, freshness, and variety were outstanding, and every restaurant we visited offered a great dining experience. The drinks were also of excellent quality, which added to the overall luxury feel of the resort. Our room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and when housekeeping was carried out properly, the room was clean and well maintained. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank Amir from Guest Relations. From the moment we met him, he was professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He always followed up on our requests, listened to our concerns, and did everything he could to ensure we had a great experience. A special mention also goes to Emir, the rollerblading waiter, whose service was truly exceptional. He was always smiling, polite, proactive, and attentive. Since we were traveling with our young daughter, his willingness to anticipate our needs and offer assistance without being asked made a real difference to our holiday. Employees like Emir are a great asset to the hotel. The only area that needs improvement is the consistency of service. On one occasion, housekeeping only made the bed and changed the towels but did not vacuum or clean the floor, wipe away the dust, or replenish the drinking water. As parents of a toddler who spends a lot of time crawling and playing on the floor, cleanliness is especially important to us. We also had an unfortunate experience at one of the beach bars when I asked for some ice to keep my daughter’s food cool. The request was refused in a rude manner, which was disappointing and not the level of hospitality we expected from a luxury resort. Thankfully, after reporting both issues, Amir handled them professionally, followed up promptly, and made every effort to ensure the rest of our stay went smoothly. No hotel is perfect, but what makes a difference is how issues are handled. Thanks to the professionalism of the Guest Relations team and the outstanding service provided by staff members like Amir and Emir, we left with many wonderful memories. Overall, we had a great stay and would gladly return to Titanic Mardan Palace. We highly recommend it to families looking for a luxurious all-inclusive resort with excellent food, beautiful surroundings, and dedicated staff.

This was my first time visiting this hotel, and I had an amazing experience from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel at home. My kids had an incredible time and enjoyed every moment of our stay. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained, and seeing how happy they were made the trip even more special. The food was delicious, the facilities were well maintained, and everything exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say this was one of the best family vacations we’ve had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and memorable stay. We will definitely be coming back!

I have been coming here for the past three years, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. This place has truly taken a piece of my heart. The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff is always welcoming, and the service is consistently excellent. My kids absolutely love it here. There are so many activities to keep them happy and entertained, which allows me to relax and enjoy my vacation as well. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, and we always feel safe and well taken care of. What makes this place so special is that it feels like a second home. Every year we leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning. I highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. During our stay, it felt as though every single member of the staff was dedicated to guest happiness. We encountered a wonderful team who performed their jobs with genuine kindness, sincerity, and a friendly smile. Despite having experienced many hotels with facilities for children, this stay offered us the highest level of satisfaction. Our children spent time at the Kids Club every day with great excitement and without ever getting bored. It was very valuable to us that the activities were not just entertaining, but also educational and developmental. As a family, both the children and the parents had a truly enjoyable and genuine holiday. Usually, one feels the need for another vacation just to recover from the previous one; however, for the first time, we are returning from a trip feeling truly rested. Our sincere thanks to everyone who worked so hard and to the management for establishing such a service-oriented mindset.

One of the best hotels in Antalya! We had a wonderful stay, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Saeed and Amir from Customer Assistance. They were extremely helpful, kind, and professional throughout our stay. Their excellent service really made a difference. My 10-year-old daughter had an amazing time and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Lovely service and best entertainment I’ve seen in any all-inclusives I’ve been to (and I’ve been to more than 30!). Will be coming back. The evening shows were absolutely fantastic especially the dance performances. Everything was so energetic, fun and well organized. We had a great time and really enjoyed every day. Big thank you for an animation team.
