El hotel está muy lejos de cualquier aparcamiento, en una zona q no se puede ni descargar casi las maletas, decoración muy anticuada, nada q ver con las fotos de Booking. El personal amable, pero no vale lo q cuesta, buffet muy flojo, comida de calidad muy justa. Yo creo q no volveré.

Cons: Lower room numbers have really small balconies, some of which are right on top of each other but if you're happy becoming very familiar with your neighbours you'll be fine! Noise travels between rooms - could even hear loos flushing (maybe the downpipe ran through my room?) - you can get earplugs from the local pharmacy for 5 Euros! No kettle in the room. Only 1 socket in the room. Breakfast was OK, plenty of choice but could be improved a tonne just by having better coffee, fresh milk rather than UHT, and fresher bread rolls. Pros: Staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to the bar staff, Javi/Xavi, Greg and the lovely Spanish woman whose name I didn't get. So friendly and welcoming - they even managed to get a smile out of my 16 year old son! Really nice surroundings - the reason I picked this hotel - lots of greenery, birds, shade, plenty of sunbeds, the gardens stretch back quite far if you want to get away from the pool. Location - tucked away on the outskirts of town so quiet but still only a few minutes walk through the old town to the beach. Loved Tossa, had a fabulous holiday. Would definitely return.

Excellent hotel, yes it is not ultra-modern but it has character and charm and is staffed by professionals. Everything is spotless. Greg and Elena at the bar are good craic and Paco and Javier keep the place humming. On the 5th floor their are 2 family rooms that have 2 bedrooms and their own massive terrace, comparable to a small apartment. The pool is on the small side but it does the trick. Like all hotels there can be a struggle to get loungers or Bali Beds but you will pick something up at some stage during the day. A pint is €3.70 which is about as cheap as you are going to get nowadays. Overall, for a 3-Star hotel you could not fault it.

Great location and superb service. Rooms well equipped if a little dated. The general decor is tasteful and traditional. Reception can come across as a little fierce, but if I spent my life dealing with English tourists so would I. Lovely pool and garden areas. Haven't tried the spa yet but it looks good. Special area for cyclists. Easy walk to beaches, town and facilities.

Sehr schönes , familiäres Hotel im antiken Stil. Rundherum toller Service, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal . Besonders schön ist der Aussenbereich . Dort gibt es einen Pool , Whirlpool , sowie einen schönen Garten , der zum relaxen einlädt. Auch der Spa Bereich im Keller ist einen Besuch wert .

We hebben echt een heerlijke vakantie gehad. In dit prachtige familie hotel. Wat een lief personeel en alles wat goed voor elkaar. Prijs kwaliteit prima. Ze werken erg hard om het hun gasten na hun zin te maken. 2x zelfs een bbq georganiseerd met live muziek. Nou? Nog nooit mee gemaakt in een hotel. Verder diverse avonden live muziek. Wij waren vroeg weet niet hoe dit in het hoogseizoen zal zijn. Kamers zijn netjes, dagelijks schoongemaakt, schone handdoeken. Kluisje en stroom voor koelkast is te huur voor goede prijs. En Tossa zelf is prachtig. Genoeg te doen maar s avonds tam. Niet voor jeugd, mensen die uit willen gaan dan moet je echt in Lorett zijn. Hier 1 discotheek gaat om 02.00 uur pas open. Locatie van het hotel ligt prachtig ligt overal dichtbij, loopt zo het centrum in. Alleen beetje steil naar boven klein stukje dus dat moet je wel kunnen. Voor ons was het wel goed te doen, maar... We komen zeker een keer terug, bedankt voor jullie goede zorgen allemaal. Groetjes.
