On his week off he helped us and devoted his personal time Front office staff kareem is alao very cooperative. House keeping staff Umair & Nouman Basheer are excellent. Quick and smart service whenever required.

I have been staying at this hotel for several months now, and I can honestly say it feels just like home. Every time my booking is about to end, I find myself extending my stay because the experience and the atmosphere are absolutely unmatched. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible team. The front desk and reception staff are exceptionally welcoming, always greeting guests with warm smiles and treating everyone with the utmost kindness and professionalism. The Operations Manager is also a truly wonderful leader , so sweet, approachable, and ensures everything runs smoothly. The housekeeping team is the absolute heart of my comfortable stay. A special, heartfelt thank you to (SHRUTIKA), who is incredibly sweet, diligent, and amazing at her job. I also want to highly commend the wonderful Nepalese lady on the team, as well as Omar, who is always helpful and hardworking. Even the housekeeping supervisor goes above and beyond, consistently checking in on me to ask if everything is perfect. I am so sorry that I cannot remember everyone's name, but absolutely everyone here—without exception—is incredibly sweet, lovely, and kind. The genuine care and hospitality from everyone make this place unforgettable. If you are looking for a place that offers top-tier service with a warm, family-like feel, this is it. I highly, highly recommend it!

Our family booked four rooms for a staycation, but a few major issues fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, our rooms were assigned right next to an area with active painting, filling the hallway with a strong, unpleasant odor and zero facility info provided at check-in. Although we were relocated after complaining, this could easily have been avoided with proper handling from the start. Additionally, our half-board booking had hidden restrictions on the menu, forcing us to pay extra out of pocket. Kudos to the restaurant manager, however, who tried his best to professionally explain the situation. Overall, better transparency on booking platforms and proactive front desk service are definitely needed.

Had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Dubai Jumeira! The indoor pool was a great bonus, especially during extremely hot weather, it made it easy to relax and enjoy some pool time. A special shout-out to Joel and Vinod from the restaurant team. They were absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. Their fantastic service really made our dining experience enjoyable. Also, many thanks to Solani from the reception team for being so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Excellent customer service from the whole team!

Our first stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff especially Ms Saloni made us feel welcome with their friendly and professional service. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, Thanks to the room service especially Mr Ashraf for making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The food was also impressive, offering a good variety of delicious dishes, especially the breakfast, Mr Joel and his colleagues provided a great service. Overall, we had a fantastic first visit and truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfortable accommodations, a convenient location, and excellent food. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥰 I had previously stayed at **ibis Styles Makkah, Saudi Arabia**, and I absolutely loved my experience there. That’s actually why I chose **ibis Styles Dubai Jumeira**, expecting the same level of hospitality — and honestly, **my experience in Dubai was even better! 🥰** I was even happier with the service and the wonderful staff here. A special mention to **Ms. Shrutika and Mr. Shrijan from Housekeeping**. They were incredibly kind, helpful, respectful, and always ready to assist. Their friendly nature and the way they treated guests really made our stay special❣️ I would also like to appreciate **Mr. Joel and Mr. Vinod from the food/mess area**. They were very kind, welcoming, and had great communication. The area was always well maintained. **Especially Mr. Joel**, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and friendly❣️ The **reception team was also excellent**, always available whenever we needed assistance and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I’m really happy that I chose ibis Styles Dubai Jumeira. The experience exceeded my expectations, and the staff made our stay even more memorable. ❤️🥰 Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality!
