It’s 02 hours after paying ₹56000 for 2 nights our family have to wait at reception and requesting them for providing double bed instead of twin bed but this is surprisingly a Marriott property shamelessly keep standing you at reception and begging you for Just Double bed, with 6yrs old kid towing bed is not suitable. Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money We booked 2 Double Rooms for 2 nights and paid ₹56,000 in advance. Despite this, the hotel staff tried to charge extra money at the property without any clear or valid reason. We even showed proof that the double rooms were available as per the booking confirmation, but they still attempted to take additional payment from us. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a brand property. The service quality does not match the price at all. With a 3.6 rating, I believe the actual experience feels closer to 2 stars or even lower. Guests should be careful before booking here. Very disappointing stay and not recommended.

I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights since its marriott. Now I will never go into any marriott. The check in took hours of waiting even though pre paid. The staff here kept looking at us for some reason, but we still had to do our own works like putting bag in trash can, washing our mugs, checking if our AC will work today or not, keep calling to fill our supplies and etc. I didn't slept a single day as they provide the uncomfortable spring mattress for children. No help provided and I went to doctor after coming back. Pillows were equally uncomfortable and no extra pillow was given. Gym, food and water service was great, but tea and coffee equally bad. They provide very strange bad tasting milk. No help received even after asking daily, infact I was snapped by room service saying, "aap chahte ho ki hum karenge ky ye kaam?". I felt so hurt that I never called room service again until emergency. There were no shops near by for tea or food as well, hence we stayed without them during whole trip. I cried after coming back and posting only after 5 months of thinking. There windows never opened so we can't get fresh air at night, pool was hardly heated in the chilling winds and i had to take sauna. Also had someone once told us about all the services and things included during our check in would be great. We felt like imposters or thiefs the whole time, thought we paid every penny. I suppose its a Indian hate thing.

Had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The hotel atmosphere was excellent and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was super with a great variety of food, and the dinner was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly, supportive, and provided great service throughout our stay. Spacious Gym.Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. A special mention goes to Mr. Sai from the front office, whose polite, warm, and ever-smiling nature truly stood out. His professionalism and friendly attitude made us feel welcomed from the very beginning and added a personal touch to our experience. I would also like to sincerely appreciate the maintenance staff member who promptly attended to fix a leakage issue from the washroom ceiling. Although I regret not asking for his name, his quick response, efficiency, and courteous behavior did not go unnoticed. It is team members like Mr. Sai and the dedicated maintenance staff who make a stay truly memorable and comfortable. Their efforts reflect the hotel’s commitment to excellent service and guest satisfaction. Thank you once again for a pleasant experience — I would definitely look forward to staying here again!

Okay rooms. Pretty spacious. Not bad layout. AC keeps malfunctioning. Good for night stay but has no entertainment zones. Gym is available. Pool is also there but really small. Restaurant food variety is small.

The staff is excellent and where possible they will go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. Property has seen better days and needs updating. Some things don’t really add up, for instance we had a studio which is equipped with a washing machine and a kitchenette, no washing liquids or laundry detergents are provided and I had to buy an entire pack from a super market. Location of the property and proximity to Metro stations is misleading, you need to take a cab as it’s not very convenient to get to public transportation. Breakfast buffet was not great, while there was a decent spread it just did not taste very good, less said the better on the quality of Coffee.
