The check-in process was seamless, with the reception staff proving exceptionally helpful and courteous. The rooms were impeccably comfortable, featuring high-quality amenities and outstanding room service. During my 5-night stay, I felt entirely at ease every day.Breakfast offered an impressive variety of cuisines, complemented by on-demand chefs preparing fresh dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this property for any stay.

Hotel is okay I would rate it a typical 3 star instead of 4 star. Breakfast was delicious but needs to be rotated and changed up every day instead of the same breakfast everyday . Service however was really bad; when we arrived to check in at 6pm the room still wasn’t ready . There was no bellman to help with our bags. The pool was being renovated and this wasn’t clearly announced on the website of the hotel to guests booking. The room lacked enough essentials such as toiletries, and the bed only had 1 pillow per person & when we asked them to bring us some, they took more than an hour to bring it.Also reception took forever to answer calls it took 3 times calling them for a response. Staff were also not friendly or smiling which reflects poor training . We had higher expectations from this hotel being a 4 star; but sadly we were disappointed. I would say the main advantage is the good location close to Dubai mall and other destinations.

Stayed at Citymax Business Bay recently. The rooms were mediocre and felt below expectations even for the price, and the overall experience was disappointing due to the service. Room service was extremely poor. Calls to the lobby and room service often went unanswered, and even when someone answered, they would promise to get back to us and never did. It was frustrating having to repeatedly call for simple requests. Another disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. While this may have been mentioned somewhere in the policies, it was not communicated clearly before arrival, which was misleading. The hotel fell far short in several areas. The staff responsiveness, customer service, and communication were unacceptable and made the stay unnecessarily frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it to other

I had a wonderful hotel stay! The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout my visit. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view that made the stay even more relaxing. A special thank you to the reception team for upgrading me to a suite — such a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated. The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming, and every guest interaction felt pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely come back again!

This is 3 star hotel max. Rooms are not well maintained and lack new facilities. Kettle was not working and had to change. Wifi was slow for HD videos and but was working. Beds are not very comfortable. Room is cleaned daily but it still is not clean. There was stains on every chair and did not look clean at all. Breakfast was lacking variety and was not delicious. Coffee was not delicious also.

I had some good memories at CityMax Hotel, Business Bay, Dubai. We had an event in the banquet and their services and hospitality was top notch. Mr. Rosie was an excellent host at the restaurant called Coty Cafe. Him & his team gave us a fabulous experience.
