As always, Rove never fails to provide their guests a wonderful experience. The facility is very clean, fresh and so welcoming. Location is very accessible and with so many restaurants available near the hotel. It is worth to note the excellent customer service they provide. All the staffs are very friendly and accommodating specially Robin. Regarding the room, it is very spacious and clean. However the only comment for me is probably the room location - 1st floor where the city view is obstructed. But overall, it was a great experience for me.

We had a wonderful stay at Rove Bur Dubai – Healthcare City. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, making it a perfect place for families and groups of friends. There are plenty of recreational facilities to enjoy, including table tennis, table football, and swimming pools. The breakfast was excellent and perfectly matched our taste. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. Special thanks to Marvin, Parbin, and Nasim for their outstanding service. They regularly checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Their friendly and attentive approach made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I’ve been staying at Rove Healthcare Oud Metha for over 3 months, and my experience has been excellent. The hotel offers a very comfortable stay, with clean rooms, great facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, and the service is quick and efficient whenever needed. I would especially like to appreciate Sushma from housekeeping. She does an outstanding job every day—very precise, thorough, and consistent in keeping my room perfectly clean and well-organized. Her attention to detail and dedication truly make a difference and have made my long stay here even more comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays. Thank you to the entire team for the great service!

This was our 3rd time staying at the hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The hotel is very clean, with a nice ambience that makes every stay comfortable and relaxing. All the staff were very accommodating, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. I would especially like to commend Mr. Nelson from “The Daily,” where we had our breakfast. He was very courteous, nice, and friendly, and he made our dining experience even more enjoyable with his excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

We regularly visit rovers hotels for weekend get a way from the usual. This branch in healthcare city didn’t disappoint. From the welcoming and accommodating staffs in the reception, helpful staff attendants (Nasim Mohammad), to the restaurant crews. Pool vibe is relaxing especially at night. The place is clean and with a pleasant smell. Will be one of our new go to staycation spot.

We had a wonderful stay at Rove Bur Dubai! From the moment I arrived, everything was excellent—the hotel is clean, comfortable, modern, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The service from the entire team was outstanding, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. A special mention to Mani from the reception team for the great service! He was very welcoming, professional, helpful, and made sure everything was smooth and comfortable during my stay. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really made a difference.
