The rooms were spacious, and we sincerely appreciate the complimentary upgrade to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future. We would also like to mention the receptionist, Anna, who was attentive, and took the time to ask about our stay experience. However, our check-in experience was a bit disappointing. the receptionist requested payment without first asking whether I wished to pay in D$. My preference was to pay in D$, but I was informed that the hotel's GHA system was down and was urged to use another payment method instead. While I was trying to understand the situation and asking why I had not received any notification that I would be unable to redeem my membership benefits, the receptionist turned her away, ignored my questions, and responded only to my husband. I found this behavior disrespectful and felt insulted. My husband is not familiar with the membership details, so I was the appropriate person to address regarding this matter. I requested that the payment issue be deferred until check-out in case the system became available again. I also made it clear that if the issue remained unresolved, I would be happy to use an alternative payment method. Fortunately, next day I received the notification of redemption. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at La Suites Hotel, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Rafiq for his exceptional service. He was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous throughout my stay. His friendly attitude, excellent behavior, and willingness to assist with every request made my experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. Rafiq always greeted me with a smile and handled everything in a very efficient and respectful manner. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Thank you, Rafiq, for your excellent hospitality. You are a great asset to La Suites Hotel. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at La Suite Hotel Dubai, to the point that I decided to extend my stay because of how comfortable and well taken care of I felt. A special mention to Mausami for her amazing support, professionalism, and continuous follow-up throughout my stay. She was always attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was going smoothly. I’d also like to thank her partner Anne, who was equally helpful, welcoming, and supportive. Their kindness and attention to detail really made a difference and contributed greatly to my positive experience. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Dubai. The front desk team was amazing from the moment I arrived. I checked in at 6:00 AM, and they didn’t even mention any extra charges. Then, without me asking, they upgraded my room. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. The night before checkout, they reached out to me on WhatsApp and asked whether I needed a late checkout, completely free of charge. That kind of thoughtful service makes a big difference. The room service was excellent, and the entire team was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very convenient. There is a supermarket and even a barber right in the lobby, which was a nice surprise. I loved every moment of my stay and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.
