The rooms are nice, the location is strategic, and the service is excellent! Thanks to Mukesh, one of housekeeping team. I noticed an unpleasant smell in my room, but his response was incredibly fast. He arrived within minutes and handled the issue thoroughly. A huge thank you to the team for their quick action and professionalism. Also, thank you for the rest of house keeping team and front desk who respond incredibly fast as well

Amazing hotel experience! The room cleaning is always great, thank you Ram 🫶🏽 the staff are absolutely amazing, and the service is excellent. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. Truly enjoyed my stay! ✨

The location is perfect. However, from the moment I checked in, I was told that there would be some noise and construction around the hotel. You also have to carry your own luggage, as there is no assistance with the bags. The place had a strange smell, the rooms were very small, and the cleanliness could definitely be improved. Overall, it’s okay for just one night, especially if you’re staying there mainly because you have work nearby.

Everything’s good, except THE LOW SPEED of Wi-Fi. Majority of the videos and websites do not load properly, and Wi-Fi always keep switching off, I have to reconnect again and sometimes the authorization page where I need to get Wi-Fi pass is not loading as well. I have tried from multiple devices to check and the issue still persists. Very surprising for business hotel to have such issue. And for ALL ACCOR it doesn’t accept my membership and I can’t connect to that Wi-Fi as well. Need to use my own mobile data most of the time, which is THE NIGHTMARE. And separately, THE NIGHT HOUSEKEEPING. When we ask for 4 bottles of water, they bring 1 or two bottles, we need to keep following up with reception all the time, same for the wrong number of other items, bedsheets and the rest, which is literally annoying. And two times they never even came back to bring the pending two water bottles and don’t pick up trash in the morning when we asked them, or maybe it’s front office who didn’t inform them, I’m not sure, but very disappointing. It’s better to write down the number of items and other if it’s easily forgotten by NIGHT shift team members. Another review I will leave later, as we keep staying in the hotel still. The rest of the team and day shift housekeeping is amazing, thank you so much! Security is even smiley, the one from Africa he is very welcoming and talkative, which is very rare for security :)

The staff were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The receptionist who assisted us during check-in, Ms. Richelle, was warm, welcoming, and very hospitable. Mr. Roki was also exceptionally helpful and attentive, making sure all of our needs were taken care of. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
