"Need proper training for the reception staff" Subject: Complaint Regarding Reception Staff Customer Service - July 26 (Sunday) Today, July 26 (Sunday), during my check-out, I asked the receptionist, ***, about my AED 50 security deposit. She told me that I did not have any deposit. I explained that guests are normally not allowed to check in without paying the required deposit, so I was surprised by her response. Unfortunately, she did not know how to explain the situation properly or communicate professionally. I found her attitude and communication skills to be below the standard expected in the hospitality industry. I kindly request that your reception staff receive proper training, especially in the following areas: * Customer service * Professional communication with guests * Hospitality and guest relations * The responsibilities and professionalism expected of a receptionist Reception staff are the first point of contact for guests and represent the hotel. They should always treat guests with respect, listen carefully, and handle concerns professionally. At times, it felt as though the staff believed they were the guests rather than the people responsible for serving them. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and provide the necessary training to improve the guest experience. Thank you.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided great service throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the room had everything I needed. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel thanks also to Ms. attique

I had an excellent experience at Al Khoory Executive Hotel, Al Wasl. I would especially like to thank Mr. Austin for his outstanding service and professionalism. He was very welcoming, polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. His excellent customer service and professional attitude made our experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Mr. Austin is truly an asset to the hotel, whether in his role at the front desk or in a management position. Staff members like him make guests feel valued and well taken care of. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The place is nice and accessible to metro and any public transportation. Near alot of restaurants and any other food stops. We stayed for a day. Rooms are decent and design-wise, holds beauty in it. The only question I've wondered ever sinced we've I've been here in UAE, is the provision of dental/vanity kits not standard? It should always been there at the hotel room ready from the start. But if it's upon request, receptionist should always ask for it if we needed it or not. That's just my honest thoughts. Other than that, it's a decent stay.
