Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended Unfortunately, my experience at City Seasons Hotel was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially for visitors or families who expect reasonable hospitality and flexibility from the staff. First, the room was very small and did not feel comfortable, especially considering the price. One of the biggest inconveniences was that there was no microwave available, which is a basic and useful facility for guests who may have food that needs to be heated. This became especially difficult for us because we were staying for a second night and needed more flexibility with meals. What disappointed me the most, however, was the attitude of some of the staff. They were not friendly, welcoming, or understanding toward visitors. I understand that hotels have rules regarding visitors, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily strict and unwelcoming. For example, the husband of a pregnant guest was only coming to the hotel to pick her up and eat some food before leaving. He was not planning to stay overnight or use the room as an additional guest. Despite this, the hotel did not allow him to come in, which I found extremely unreasonable and disappointing. For a hotel that accommodates visitors and families, I expected more understanding and basic courtesy. I was already staying for my second night, but after this experience, I honestly regretted my choice. A hotel should make guests feel comfortable and welcome, not make them feel like they are being treated as a problem for having a visitor briefly come to see them. Overall, between the small room, lack of microwave, unfriendly staff, and very limited visitor policy, I cannot say that I had a pleasant stay. The hospitality was not what I expected, and the experience left a very negative impression on me. I would not recommend City Seasons Hotel to visitors, couples, or families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the guest facilities and, more importantly, the way staff communicate with and treat their guests.

Rooms are not square in shape, and the mattress is not good; I had back pain. Breakfast is better to do it out side. Carpets are very old and make us cold; the rest of the staff are very nice. Only think each visitor needs a Dubai ID to enter, so my sis have I'd, but her daughter forgot to take so not enter my room. Nearby a lot restureents walkable distance

I recently stayed at City Seasons Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank Miss Neha and Mr. Jawad at the front desk for their outstanding hospitality and warm welcome. They made my stay comfortable and memorable. The Deluxe Room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend City Seasons Hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant stay.

Before booking this hotel, I relied on the photos and reviews describing it as a pleasant property. At the beginning of my stay, my experience did not fully reflect that image. The room initially assigned to me felt small and dated, but the view was very nice. The breakfast selection at that time did not meet my expectations. However, I would like to update my review to recognize the positive turnaround following my feedback. The front desk team responded professionally, and I would like to extend a special thank you to Jawad, whose attentiveness, courtesy, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction made a real difference. His proactive approach and professionalism truly elevated my experience. I would also like to acknowledge the restaurant manager for his kindness and responsiveness. In addition, the breakfast quality and variety have noticeably improved, which is very much appreciated. It is important to recognize when a team listens and takes action. The responsiveness shown during my stay reflects a service culture that values guest feedback and continuous improvement.
