I celebrated my birthday during my stay at the hotel and had kindly asked if it would be possible to receive even a small complimentary gesture for the occasion. While most of the staff politely declined, one staff member, Anandhan, went above and beyond to make my day special. Anandhan surprised me in my room with a small cake and some fruits. He mentioned that it was what he could arrange from the kitchen, and I truly appreciated the effort he made. It was a simple gesture, but it meant a lot to me and made my birthday memorable. His initiative, kindness, and willingness to help reflect excellent customer service, and he is a great asset to your team. I would also like to share a short and constructive feedback for the receptionists, front desk team, and supervisors. I understand that everyone is working hard, and I respect that. However, hospitality is not only about service but also about making guests feel welcomed, valued, and understood. A warm smile, friendliness, and empathy can make a very big difference in a guest’s experience. I chose this hotel because I believed I would enjoy my stay here with my family, and small gestures and genuine hospitality are what make guests want to come back. This is simply a friendly suggestion for improvement, as good customer connection is what builds loyal guests. Thank you again to Anandhan for making my birthday special and memorable.

Moc hezký pokoj, pohodlné postele, na pokoji TV, fén, žehlička a prkno, minibar, lednice, varná konvice. Na střeše hotelu vyhřívaný bazén na 40st, nabídka masáži, fitness centrum. Hotel nabízí zdarma bus na pláž, do Mall of the Emirates, Outletu a Dragon Mall. Snídaně jsou bohaté a nabízí výběr naprosto všeho (káva, čaj, fresh džusy, voda, zelenina, ovoce, uzeniny, sladké i slané pečivo, vajíčka, párky, fazole, ...). Dole v hotelu se nachází kavárna Starbucks. Hotel je cca 5 min od metra Internet City, 10 min od Mall of the Emirates a 20 min od centra (Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain...). Možnost zanechání kufrů v hotelu v den odjezdu. Vyklizení pokoje do 12:00.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Signature 1 Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are very professional and welcoming. A very special thank you goes to Bhupendra from the Housekeeping Department. He was exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and incredibly supportive throughout my stay. His positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out and made my experience even more enjoyable. I stayed in Room 1407 as part of the Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) team, and Bhupendra’s excellent service deserves to be recognized. Employees like him are a great asset to the hotel. I genuinely believe he deserves a pay rise or a promotion for his outstanding work. Thank you, Signature 1 Hotel, for the excellent hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

I had an excellent experience with the housekeeping service. The room was always spotless, well-organized, and maintained to a very high standard. Every detail was taken care of with great professionalism and consistency, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Khim Aums for the outstanding work. Khim Aums was friendly, hardworking, and paid close attention to detail. The dedication and care shown in keeping everything clean and welcoming truly stood out. I really appreciate the exceptional service and would highly recommend both Khim Aums and the Signature 1 hotel housekeeping team.

Really good stay. Good service. Kind people like Bhupendra ji working hard for us to make sure guests have no issues. Great location, metro is just 10 min walk.
