I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredible — warm, professional, and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to Viktoriya, who went above and beyond to help me organize a birthday surprise for my partner. She made everything seamless and truly special, and I’m so grateful for her kindness and attention to detail. The food was fantastic — delicious, fresh, and with a great variety to choose from every day. There was something for everyone, and everything we tried was excellent. Our room was amazing — beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was especially wonderful — incredibly comfortable and perfect for a great night’s sleep. The location is also a big plus. It’s conveniently situated, making it easy to reach different places and explore the area without any hassle. Honestly, I loved everything about our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a truly memorable experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah has become our go-to hotel whenever we need a last-minute stay in Dubai. It may be a simple hotel, but it never disappoints and consistently provides a comfortable experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and ideal for a relaxing stay. One of the main reasons we keep coming back is its convenient location, which is close to our family's flat, making it very practical for our visits. The breakfast buffet is good, with a decent selection of food to start the day. The service is also fast and efficient, and the staff are always friendly and helpful whenever assistance is needed. The hotel offers useful amenities such as a gym and swimming pool, which are great for guests who want to stay active or simply unwind during their stay. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel where you can relax, enjoy a good night's sleep, and receive reliable service, Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah is an excellent choice. We have stayed here several times and will definitely continue to return whenever we're in Dubai.

Stayed at the hyatt Hotel from 23rd June till 30th June. Absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. The staff are Absolutely amazing. Breakfast first class. Can't wait to return. Many thanks. David march uk

We Stayed during Eid Holiday May 27-29,There were several issues during our stay that left us disappointed. First, the air conditioning in our room was not cold at all, making the stay very uncomfortable. We booked this hotel for a staycation to relax, but due to the poor cooling system, we were unable to enjoy our time as expected. The breakfast selection was acceptable; however, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the lack of crowd control. The staff made little to no effort to monitor or limit the number of guests entering the breakfast area, resulting in severe overcrowding. This created long queues, difficulty finding seating, excessive noise, and an uncomfortable dining environment. It was clear that the number of guests exceeded the capacity of the space, yet no measures were taken to manage the situation. For a hotel of this standard, better organization and guest management during peak breakfast hours should be expected. Another issue was with our lunch inclusion. Our booking clearly included lunch, but upon arrival, it seemed that the staff were unaware of this arrangement. This created confusion and gave us the impression that guest information was not properly communicated among the team, the food is more on indian cuisine as usual. The dinner buffet was also disappointing. The food variety was very limited and heavily focused on Indian cuisine. Considering that the hotel caters to guests from different nationalities, a wider selection of international dishes would be appreciated. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience. Rather than feeling relaxed and refreshed after our staycation, we left feeling disappointed. We hope these concerns will be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

We had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel recently, and the experience was truly elevated by the outstanding staff. A special thanks to Faizan and Viktoriya at the front desk for their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist throughout our stay—they made us feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast buffet team also deserves high praise. Special thanks to Amjad, Zain and rest of the team, for their excellent service, attentiveness, and for accommodating our special requests without any hesitation. Breakfast was a highlight of our mornings thanks to them. Noting less than a 5* service. The bathrooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the half-open shower door design caused water to spill across the bathroom floor, creating an ongoing inconvenience. Improving this design would significantly enhance the overall comfort and functionality of the room. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with exceptional service from the staff. With a small improvement to the shower design, the experience would be even better.

The hotel location is great, facilities and rooms are in perfect condition. I would like to deficate special thanks to the team of Focus Restaurant: chef Avaneesh for the most delicious Spanish omelet I've ever tasted and also to chef Nandu..Chef Amit for his daily warm welcome..waitersses Mohammed Arshad, Ayu and,Hoi for their excellent service. And most of all the best host ever Prasamsha for her always smile and warm hospitality ❤️ In a seprate note, we deeply and sincerely appreciate the outstanding service of the housekeeping team..thanks are to both Asmit and Subdhara for their dedication and excellent cleaning specially when they wonderfully cleaned the vomiting of my young daughter as she was sick..they did that with a smile ! Such great team! Thank you 😊
