Setting aside my horrible experience, I still can’t get over the name of this hotel. “Two Seasons”? I guess they knew it wasn’t worthy of being called “Four Seasons.” But hey, at least they managed expectations there I genuinely had a laughable experience here. I stayed as a long-term resident in 2024, so I had more than enough time to see the true quality of the service. The rooms are in desperate need of a renovation. The staff were consistently rude and clearly in need of proper hospitality training. The management was even worse. In December 2024, an Egyptian man who appeared to be a manager at the long-term residents’ desk, whose name I fortunately don’t remember, made repeated disrespectful and inappropriate comments about my appearance during multiple interactions. His behavior was completely unprofessional. The hotel, for lack of a better word, felt incredibly low class. On one of many occasions, while I was by the pool, a couple; who appeared to be a man in his 50s and a woman around 20, were loudly having explicit sexual conversations in a public area. It created an incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere, especially with children nearby. No guest should have to listen to that while trying to relax. It reflects the type of shady people this hotel attracts. Don’t let the convenient location near the DIC Metro Station fool you. Staying here isn’t worth it. I would never stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pokoj (dostal jsem Grand Suite) jako takový je moderně zařízený. Nicméně stáří je nejlépe vidět v koupelně, kde je hodně opotřebená vana. Hvězdičky dolů za absenci zvukově izolačních oken (do pokojů směrem k "dálnici" proniká hluk celý den a noc, takže o kvalitním spánku nelle mluvit) a netekoucí teplou vodu večer.

Spacious rooms and very close to the metro but to be brutally honest this has to be one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed at. The foyer looks lovely and is spotless but the hallways and the carpets in the hallways are terrible- we had to literally brace ourselves while walking from the room to the elevator. The staff are incredibly kind and so accommodating at both breakfast and reception and helped in everyway possible but the breakfast was also very basic. The selection was minimal and unless you have a car I wouldn't recommend this hotel because the dubai metro isn't what it once was. Its.no longer a convenient form of transportation but has rather become somewhat of a commuter train so its packed all day everyday and I mean like sardines packed which is very difficult when traveling with kids. I feel if the cleanliness and breakfast was improved the hotel would be a winner despite the location

First, the customer service was very poor. My check-in time was at 2:00 PM, and I arrived at 3:00 PM, but I had to wait for one and a half hours with my family because the room was still not ready. I do not understand how the room was not ready even though the check-in time had already passed. At the beginning, one employee told me that the room was ready, but then he changed his statement and asked me to wait another 30 minutes. The manager also gave me the same response. I have stayed in many hotels before, even during busy holiday periods such as Eid, and I have never experienced such a delay in receiving my room. In addition, the housekeeping service was very poor. At around 11:00 PM, housekeeping staff rang the doorbell asking whether we needed the room cleaned. This was very inappropriate as my family and I were already asleep, and it caused unnecessary disturbance. Finally, the elevators were extremely slow. We often had to wait several minutes just to go up or down, which was very inconvenient. Honestly, this was my first stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I expected a much better experience and was very disappointed with the overall service.

Rony the supervisor was great and even asked us what we needed even though we are checking out he made sure that our needs are still met. margarette the room attendant was very nice and welcoming and greets everyone with a warm smile. View from our room was very good as you get to see the stretch of Sheikh Zayed road although near the highway, sound proofing was good so noise from cars are not a problem. The hotel has restaurants at the ground floor and a supermarket just beside it. And a good walk can bring you other nearby cafes and restaurants so options for food and necessities are not a problem.

I had a wonderful stay at Two Seasons Hotel & Apartments in Dubai, and I was very happy with everything during my visit. The hotel location is perfect, and all the Egyptian staff were extremely friendly, kind, and professional. They truly made us feel at home. The service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. I will definitely come back again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!
