I really liked the hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful, and they resolve any issues quickly. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. I would like to give a special thank to Cecille from the housekeeping team; she is a wonderful woman who does an excellent job.

I had a wonderful experience here. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. A special thanks to Rachel Madushan for the outstanding customer service. Rachel was very helpful, courteous, and ensured that everything was handled smoothly. Her positive attitude and dedication truly made a difference. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing, mainly because of the poor behavior and service provided by Mr. Mahmoud and his manager. Upon arrival, Mr. Mahmoud refused to assist me with my luggage, despite clearly seeing that I required help. Later, I noticed him happily assisting another guest who appeared perfectly fit and had no medical condition. When I questioned this unfair treatment, he became nervous and started saying, “My manager told me, wallah, the customer is unable to walk.” I simply responded that guests should be treated equally with good service and left the matter there. To make matters worse, I was initially given a room on the 4th floor where maintenance and construction work was ongoing, despite the fact that I had booked a long stay of seven days. When I requested a room change due to the disturbance, Mr. Mahmoud reacted unhappily, as if I had asked for his personal room instead of requesting basic comfort as a paying guest. The room service experience was also extremely poor. The staff would not bring basic items such as plates or spoons to the room and expected guests to come downstairs and collect them personally. Additionally, whenever I urgently needed water, my calls were repeatedly ignored by the same staff member, even though he was fully aware of my room number. I strongly believe Mr. Mahmoud and his manager require proper hospitality and customer service training. Guests are paying customers and deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, not as though they are asking for favors or staying for free. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of guest service in the future.

I would like commend Leo from the reception team at Holiday Inn Express Dubai Internet City. From check-in and throughout our stay, Leo showed outstanding professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. He was welcoming, attentive, and always wiling to go extra mile to ensure guests feel comfortable and well assisted. His positive attitude and genuine dedication to customer service made our experience smoothand very pleasant. Because of the excellent service provided - especially by Leo - I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas are always clean and well maintained, and the breakfast has a good variety of options and is very enjoyable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. A special mention to Rohit from housekeeping, who is always attentive, kind, and makes sure everything is clean and comfortable. His excellent service really makes a difference. Overall, a very comfortable stay with great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
