Staying at this hotel has been an exceptionally brilliant experience, and I have to admit that many of the staff, especially the breakfast staff who I will mention below, have been extremely helpful and accommodating! We want to give a special thanks to chef Jerecho (Eggo) and chef Hamza for going out of their way to accommodate our specific needs and for making sure we were completely happy with our food; they were so professional and friendly and delightful, and are a credit to the hotel! Also thanks to Ade, Naranjan, Sabaa, Hasham, Shaam, Quandry, and some of the other breakfast staff for making our dining experience so wonderful and the highlight of our stay. Mohammad Reda at the front desk reception was wonderful and so polite and helpful, he was always accommodating and put us at ease. One point of issue I do have though, is that the Sales manager Majid was very rigid and unhelpful. My family was offered a set price at the start of our stay, and when we went to book another month, apparently the prices had changed all of a sudden. Even so, considering how much we talked and explained and discussed with him to find some common ground, he would not budge, nor did he use his discretion and provide us with the level of customer service we have received from other hotel sales managers in the past, which was highly disappointing, and the main reason this hotel did not quite reach a five stars in our overall opinion. Moukhlis was also unhelpful and did not seem to understand how to accommodate guests with certain needs and requirements, which for a hotel is a bit shocking. Hasan from sales was helpful, though and he did try to do what he could. The housekeeping manager Vishwajit, after we explained what we needed, was also helpful and accommodating. Yaseen was good too. Overall, apart from the customer service from the sales team manager, it was a fabulous experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel starting from the afternoon of 25 May. Offered room with window seating were excellent, offering views of Sheikh Zayed Street and the city. They were spacious and very clean. The location is excellent — right in the center and close to everything — which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was very good, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to the staff member at the front desk — unfortunately, we forgot his name — who upgraded our room. He was incredibly helpful, and we truly appreciated his support and kindness. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time. The overall ambiance of the hotel was also warm and welcoming. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone we encountered was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their excellent service really made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Outstanding Breakfast! The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast! They offer an amazing variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruits to delicious hot dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. It is the perfect way to start the day, and I would highly recommend it!

We had an amazing dining experience at the towers rotana hotel. A special thanks to our to Mr. Rheon who went above and beyond. He was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional throughout our meal. Service like this makes a stay truly special. Highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience. We chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but unfortunately our stay did not meet our expectations at all. From the moment we arrived, one of the staff members spoke to me in a bad and unprofessional manner while we were unloading our luggage. At check-in, we were told that we would receive a complimentary room upgrade for our anniversary, but that never happened. We were simply given a standard room without any explanation or apology, which is fine but she handed us the keys in a bad way , and also The A/C wasn’t working in the room and when the maintenance came he was so aggressive. The service around the pool was also poor. We asked for towels, but instead of helping us, we were told to go and get them ourselves. Breakfast was another disappointment. While we were still eating, a staff member asked us to leave our table so that other guests could sit down. Which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. To make matters worse, my wife found hair in her food.
